    Story :-
Op has a younger sister, and they did not have the privilege of growing up with a mother figure present in their lives. Their father had driven their mom away as she led a lifestyle of adultery. Op tried playing the mother role towards her younger sister who soon began treading the same path as their mother. Op's sister soon gets married to a cop, but it turned out that she had developed certain appetites from sleeping with various men which whom her husband alone could not meet up. Going against Op's warning, her sister soon starts seeking satisfaction outside her matrimonial home, and she almost got caught. Op puts her relationship on the line just to save her sister's marriage. Op finally gets married and is pregnant, but the news of her father's demise soiled her happiness. Her sister becomes intent on sharing the inheritance right after their father was buried, and when the contents of the will were not in her favor as she thought, she began antagonizing her sister. This makes her set Op's husband up, and it lands him in jail. Op tries reasoning with her sister, but she demands Op forfeit her inheritance for her before the charges against the husband are dropped. Op soon makes up her mind to let go of the inheritance just to have her husband, but she comes up with a payback plan to make sure her sister does not have a stable home to enjoy the inheritance she was about stealing.

I hate people who don’t press charges when things get that bad. If it’s really that bad then that’s because they’ve never had consequences before and u letting them off isn’t going to help in the future or the next ppl who cross their paths!!

    • @girl1213
      @girl1213 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Considering if the fact that she was caught, her lover in jail, her husband kicking her out, divorcing her, and forcing her to pay alimony, plus forcing her to return the money from both the sale and the inheritance isn't consequence enough for her then she really is a dumb one.
Sometimes it really isn't because they never had consequences, sometimes it's simply because they are not smart enough to think it can happen twice, three times, four times or more. Denial is a really powerful thing, but even that has it's limits. And in the end, it just shows how stupid some people can be.
And more often than not, criminals are stupid.

A dude I used to work with was being blackmailed/extorted by his step family over an inherited street legal but race worthy car from his biological side (paternal grandfather) and this car was worth alot of money although he didn't want to sell it and only wanted to keep and use it. I never really got the details of what was being threatened exactly but I know it pertained to wrecking his fathers life, he ended up doing it and was sick over it so we suggested he depreciate it's value significantly, and he had our mechanically savy coworker do some major sabotage to it and this involved significant amount of bleach in the gas and swapping out his expensive after market race car seats snd some other stuff, and the seats from the junkyard were already pretty cruddy, but they opened them up and put sardines and smelts inside dog waste in a thin sandwich bag and hid them inside the seats, then they added some in the air vent system along with this really stinky rubber strips lol. Per the agreement which was contracted, they agreed to settle the matter as long as the title was signed over. Lol the car was destroyed in less than a month and right when they found a buyer who of course opted out.

I found out after I’d become an adult that she had had 2 miscarriages. Her OB had told her that is was unlikely that she would be able to carry another baby to term.
She told me it was up to God. So I prayed and shortly thereafter, she got pregnant and she said it was the easiest pregnancy she’d had. She let me choose the baby name. Since my name was Mary, of course her name had to be Martha. We are both retirement age and are living together.

I have the feeling something is off with the story. Never had alcohol until the Bachelorette party? Feeling uneasy at the lightest mention of sex and everything around it?
And what's up with that holier than thou-attitude?

I’ve met people like that in church. The suspicious part for me was that the cop could just lock people up for no reason and release them when he wanted. Cops can act like they’re above the law for sure, but why would the other cops and prison system allow this one cop to solve his family problems using the system’s resources?

It could be OP has a chip on her shoulder due to the mom. Doesn't mean she has the right to the holier than thou attitude, which was the entire reason I hated listening to this story. Lady needs therapy, not a husband after 3 months of dating..

If you base your life on pure lies, your life will ALWAYS end up broken. I have seen it so many times. Relationships based on lies NEVER work out. 100% of the time they fail. Do not lie. this is exactly why God made that one of the 10 commandments. It's the 9th commandment. You Shall NOT Lie. (Thou shalt not bare false witness.)

So she got it all and I didn't see anything from my grandpa. But that is life my sister turned out just like my grandmother greedy.

Whoever made up this story has no clue how the law works. Cops don’t arrest people for selling a car that they have a right to sell. Her handing over the money to an affair partner is also not a crime. If anything, the cop in this story would be fired.

I have to stop reading here since it seems sister “had to help her” and take a chance of ruining her own relationship by covering sister’s lies by lying herself. Such a stupid decision and I don’t want to read all about it because I can see what is coming. Op is as bad as her sister if she helps by lying.

Everyone is welcome to their own take on how to approach sex. If they wanna wait till marriage, that's absolutely fine and it shouldn't be made fun of just as if they take the opposite route.
That said, holy crap was the word 'PRUDE' flashing in my mind the for most of the video. I'm guessing this is in response to her mom's actions but wow did her writing feel like she was overcompensating. I'm honestly surprised she wasn't animated with a monocle constantly popping off her face every five minutes in the video.

So with the way the world is working now, we are left with spinless, puppets now. Why does Noone think, act, move, or make decisions of their own anymore without bending to the will of a person who's not even relevant to their situation. Maybe that's why I have no friends..and I'm happy.

I'm calling BS on another story.
OP had to sign over the inheritance of the house; there was no house in the inheritance. Timelines don't match up and since when is the arresting officer, that happens to be personally involved, allowed to dictate the amount of time a person spends in jail? OP's husband would have seen a judge long before the sister's husband set him free.
The timing and amount of the blackmail...... there's so much that made absolutely no sense in this story. 👎
