Thank you. I live in Australia which is essentially shut due to government incompetence! It’s so thrilling to see this tradition is still going! Thank you’ve made my day watching this . 😊🇬🇧🇦🇺
0:54 Closest to the far end Drum Major James Bennett, Grenadier Guards, Senior Drum Major WO2 Gareth Chambers, Irish Guards (Center), Drum Major Paul Blakelock, Coldstream Guards.
Great way to start this event with the march "Sarafand" which is a march with a real swagger to it! This by Wilcocks I believe. "Voice of The Guns" another classic from K. Alford. What is the name of third march? Sounds a bit like a Claudio Grafala work.
To be fair...the bassoon player could be a new recruit to the band and bearing in mind that military bands have been on other duties such as NHS related operations for over 18 months I'm sure that marching as a massed band will be as tight as before in no time.....well spotted though.
I Live In Auckland City New Zealand. I Am A Salvation Army & Hearing "Red Shield " Being Played Is Epic
Massed bands of the light division
So proud. Tradition never dies and why should it!
So so proud of our military and our traditions! God Bless all of them and God Bless our wonderful Queen. 👸💂♀️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧💂♀️💂♀️💂♀️👸❤️
So proud. Tradition keeps going.
Excellent voice from the Senior Drum Major Gareth Chambers who is newly appointed.
The Irishness in his voice is stunning!

The band is socially-distanced, though ... and quite right too. Too many have suffered already.
Your wrong
Marches played:
0:27 “Sarafand” by George Willcocks
3:54 “The Voice of the Guns” by Kenneth Alford
7:01 “The Red Shield” by Henry Goffin
Thanks for this, recognised the Voice of the Guns after the first bar, struggled to identify the others
Sarafand only seems to have two options on Spotify, both the same track too - would love one by the RMBS
great to hear the red shield a beautiful salvation army march
Gr8 march
To hear it played by the massed band just makes it sound amazing! Love it ❤

Everyone else is out of step!
@@sundaymorningguitar7787 It's quite a shame! Probably the least clean I've seen the Guards Bands march...
