Interesting to see a day that is not so easy. Door control on the last part of the route was very...swift! 😀 Many thanks for another fascinating look into your life.
i wouldn't know what kind of suspension for the trams use. because in the video i can see the mirror in the cab shaking when the tram runs over the track switch
Yep, the use of foot pedals is a quirk of the Hague trams. The first motorised trams of the system (the PCC cars) used foot pedals, and it has remained the same since. The new TINA trams they ordered from Stadler will also be operated that way. As far as I know, HTM is the only tram network in the Netherlands that still does this, the other three (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Utrecht) use a combined power/brake handle nowadays.
If I remember correctly, the tram drivers didn’t like the hand-operated throttle/brake on the RegioCitadis trams and therefore the newer trams were fitted with the foot pedals.

amazing VIDEO! enjoyed!...
Nice video.. Thank you for uploading.
*ding ding* how often u have to make sure people know u are coming... ^^
These days, not often enough 😂
The Trams in Amsterdam are great, they do take off really quick, can be hard to stand up when it's really busy and you're stuck in the aisle lol
Wow, what a system ! Junctions everywhere. I must get over and simple it.
Its a simple as a highly efficent system thats meant to interact with every other form or transportation can be.

Probably chevron rubber. It’s unusual for trams these days to have air suspension.
Hello and thanks as always, don't you use a throttle or handle for power or braking? have pedal s right?!
Nope he used pedals quite surprising tbh

How many passengers can the trams hold about
Around 250 passengers when it is completely full
They can hold about 240 passengers each.
whats that switch thats beeps?
It’s a turn signal I do believe

What is a pawn?
A pawn is a chess piece used in chess
Oops, I meant a pylon/traffic cone. Badly translated!
@@TramMeneer no worries. It happens.
