    I woke up this morning completely fatigued and searched on TH-cam to see if there are any mudras that help with fatigue. I learned about the prana mudra from another channel and I tried it for 20 minutes outdoors in the sun and my fatigue reduced significantly. On searching more, I came across your channel. Thank you so much for this excellent series. I hope you share more. Regards.

    Dear Sujith, thank you so much for the teachings. I am following and practicing mudras since 12 years. But, there is a fear lurking in my mind that can we practice mudras for a long time! Also, in my case the Mudras are very effective and sometimes results in to action within minutes. BTW, I have completed a 10 days course in Vipasyana (which i did 30 years back).
    Also, the biggest worry is about the implications. Ex: If I wear a "Bronchial Mudra" it gives me immediate relief from breathing trouble. But, after say 4 or 5 Hours I feel very thirsty and feel soft ness in the bones. Until I practice another mudra these effects continue.
    Is there any mudra that nullify the effect of previous Mudra or brings all the elements into equilibrium again? Waiting for your reply.

    I have a query is this mudra cause weight loose?.. bcoz I am allready low in weight and I don't to loose more . But I feel unwell everytime. So I am thinking for doing this mudra but I am in tension that some videos says it's cause weight loss too. Kindly clear my question

      No. Mudra alone will not cause weight loss.

    Sir one yoga guru in youtube told dont do nadishodhan after samana mudra is it true??
    He told yo maintain 3 hours gap in between please tell me is this correct or not?? If correct what is the reason?
