- Let's School continues and it's time for more retail revenue in the school as we build a wonderful new supermarket! It has many shelves, some of which are selling postcards which is a bit weird, and of course we add some lovely decor to make it look nice.
It's quite a busy time at the school because we also build a lovely new student guidance office to make sure that the children's mental health is being looked after. We also make the infirmary a little bit bigger and add some better windows, just to make it a little brighter.
There's also the addition of a very exciting new area thanks to our Live In Harmony research. This new area features nice chairs, some picnic blankets and the fantastic sounding Love Love Spinning Teacups!
Also we discuss spectacles, we build some more stairs and we become aware that specialist teachers are super expensive.

In Let’s School, you take on the role of a principal tasked with the challenge of revamping and managing your alma mater! The game features two core mechanics: the construction and designing of the school and managing the dynamics of students and teachers.
Each student has unique interests and aspirations, making your role as headmaster more complex. Balancing factors like your school's reputation, satisfying students' basic needs, overseeing academic pressure, and managing aspects like clothing, food, and travel provide an immersive and challenging experience. Aside from the usual responsibilities of a headmaster, you are also tasked with managing various issues that originate outside the school, including mysterious dangers and potential threats that might cause things to go bananas!
The architectural design of the school is a blank canvas for the player. With the freedom to plan and construct various functional facilities and access to hundreds of educational equipment, you define your institution's aesthetic and practical landscape. Don't limit yourself to horizontal expansion - think vertically by constructing multi-story buildings for more innovative developments or even eccentric structures!
The fate of teachers and students lies in your hands. The recruitment process, teaching methodologies, and personal growth of teachers and students rest on your decisions. Enhancing the skills of your teachers opens up opportunities for them in different roles. You can influence student morale and academic performance by offering elective courses, thereby shaping their future life paths.
The management of school discipline is another crucial responsibility. Be mindful of the impact of school facilities on student morale, and beware of signs of student distress. Overeating in the canteen could lead to weight gain, while an increase in eyeglass usage could signal excessive stress. Proper access to sanitary facilities is vital, as a lack thereof may lead to widespread anxiety and misuse of the school premises.
To maintain discipline, monitor for contraband among students and establish an effective punishment system. Handling real-time crises such as truancy, bullying, and questioning also falls within your responsibilities.
Fostering a balanced school environment through field days, morning exercises, and various events could help students regulate their emotions. Let’s School is a game of management, strategy, and decision-making, where every choice you make has far-reaching consequences!

If you build the dorms to the right of the store in the grass area, they are more likely to walk by it when they start for the day.
How about wall to ceiling windows all around the courtyard on both floors so people can see out and also gives extra light in the area.
Idea for a drinking game. Every time Penge says "What a nuisance you take a drink.
And a double drink for "Botherations!" 🤣🤣

Nice, you spotted the little faffy way of doing it, train some in a place not requiring certficate, then put them in a place that needs the certificate.
and well, the elite teachers, they are usually good, 80+ but they also got special ability (passive ones) that help out too.
and please either free the well, or atleast give it a door...
And make it wall to wall windows as planned 😂
I think it would look nice and make sense for all of the management rooms to be together in one area of the school.
It's interesting how much farther along you are than I am in my file. I appreciate the pacing in the game allowing for the different play styles. Scheduling is a beast though. Hahaha! It makes me appreciate the public school system just a little in that sense. But I'm also making it harder on myself by having a lot more classes to cater to the different needs. I'm up to six classes per grade. Also, Penge, if you don't mind the suggestion, you already have some items that improve relationships and intimacy. I placed a bunch of love letter boxes around and my confessions are usually successful as a result. Placing a few in your school might help your kiddos out too!
I think you should put picnic set and peace corner in the magical angel well area penge, maybe it can bring more student around.
Can't wait for the advance wonder and big statues, since you have more than 3000 points in humanity and science

I think it would a good idea to have a new classrooms also for students wanting to learn sports
But new classrooms equals much complication! I'm not sure my brain will cope. I think eventually we'll have the one set of humanities/science classrooms and the others will be art/sport ones, we just need to slowly phase out the humanities and add in the science.
But you have a good financial situation in game. Perhaps you could just add more teachers and special classrooms if you start to see red in the scedule? Your brain will be just fine! :D@@TheGeekCupboard

sorry to repost this message, but it seems important for the game mechanics : You should watch the stuff call "Upper-Level M..." when you click on a room especially . Idk what happen when you raise the level on a room but it's in every room so it could be important. Have a nice day ^-^
It lets you 'borrow' some of the upper level management points and add it to the rooms management points. At least I think it does! I don't think we really need it because we've got our management stuff all sorted out.
don't forget to give more money to the Theater District to get more students sent from there next semester. you did it for Archimedesburg but I think you forgot to do it for the Theater District and that's why they only sent a few students. I am still so in love with this series! 😃
There's only so many times we can spend money on infrastructure and I think we're at our limit for this semester but I will try to remember for next time!

I'm sitting here watching and listening and cutting out the engine and caboose of my little Christmas Train advent calendar... and suddenly you say... "Look, he's waving a briefcase over his head in delight... because who doesn't do that when they're happy? When I'm happy I often run out and grab a briefcase just from anyone passing by and wave it over my head in sheer joy." I just burst into laughter. You have such a great sense of humour.
Perhaps for the things that you don't need out right now, you could build a storage room.
I suppose I could just store all the things we don't need out near the boilers, if we have the room to do so.
I am intrigued with your cutting out of Christmas Train advent calendar bits and bobs. Cutting them out of what? Fabric? Paper?
@@TheGeekCupboard Oh sorry. Paper. I do papercrafting and I bought an adorable digital advent calendar that's a train. There's little cargo cars (that are about 4" long and not quite 2" wide) and you put little gifts of some sort into the "cargo boxes" if you want. There's also an engine and caboose and even a railroad crossing sign. So I was cutting a few bits of that out. I also have a set of cards shaped like houses that will become a Christmas village.
Have you gotten elevators yet?

Well I think there are basic carpets down, and standard floors, the carpets you can add are just a bit fancier!
