Sooner or later one of the foreign lords will offer his daughter. In the meantime we can work on trading agreements to get the 500 Gold to buy her, like a cow.
YAAAAS! Happy to see this one again! :D May this playthrough be blessed with no technical issues~ I'm so excited for more! Keep on Keeping On, Penge, and thank you for doing what you do!
As someone who grows swedes, A rutabaga is just a swede in the uk, it’s just the US name for it. There is a difference between a turnip and a swede, a swede is large and yellowish in colour, turnips are usually creamy white with purple tops 😊
Is unfortunate that your lords are kinda old this time around, because that means that an heir will be hard to come by. 😢 Oh and do not forget about trading routes with the neighbouring kingdooms it will help your economy. I love this game and I am glad you are playing it again. I loved the last series! :)))
Really nice to see you playing this game again, now that Fabledom is finished I hope you make this a long play through, it’s not Rimworld but it’s the next best thing
I believe money which you see in different towns of other kings is how costly the army equipment is. While you equip your squad, then you will see some number as well. that is the same number as you see in the town of other kings Also, your ability to create plots and commentary of what is going on in game, just absolutely calm and lovely :)
Yay, lovely to see a more "in depth" series on your channel! Most of the German channels I'm subscribed to only did a "first look". Regarding the moonshine, isn't most of the "spirits" made from vegetables (vodka = potatoes) or grain (the German korn, which is corn/grain schnaps). And then there's stuff with herbs and berries, Gin, I think? So rutabaga moonshine should be okay... 😁 (I don't drink any alcohol myself, I find the taste horrible, no matter what kind it is.)
34:38 "Jeff, go and manage that please, go and manage the rutabaga field. [...] Don't grow here, weeds! OK, Jeff is just managing the air. That's fine, that's OK, as long as he's doing something."
I find it funny that you talked about that stuff about moonshine I've done some research and found that car is back in the day you used to run off that.
@@TheGeekCupboard Well thanks to you I bought this game! It was between this and Clanfolk but since buying yesterday I already have 8 hours on it... of course I am on holiday, wouldn't have the time to question the nature of Rutabaga's otherwise
Its even good when they are low on fighting because it reduces the church taxes. And since you can train your warriors but the tax stays the same, its a win. Also Slaves are pretty good on fields when you desperately need food.
Happy to see this back. Just dont forget about finding love for Jeff.

Yes
So happy to see Benard again!
also dont forget to set up trade deals their good ways to make early cash and improve relations

Poor Betty so old at the start she won’t be having any kids! Good stuff, looking forward to watching this series again!
Yeah I didn't see that adding points into skills also increased age!
54:55 to 55:35 "Ooh, he's put on his fancy kind of armour. [...] Just don't lose your crown on the way to rescue the Queen, please."

Thats right, there is a long tradition of making all kind of alcohol out or fruits, roots or grain.
I like how easy it is to move the buildings, especially because they give you a compound already set up

A rutabaga is like a big turnip.
Yep. Root veg that is larger but similar.
Rutabaga is one of the listed ingredients in Branston Pickle!
Is it?! I've learned a new thing today!
"I wouldn't like moonshine made from Rutabaga" - neither does the CupboardValians... :)
Yeah, great you are playing it again!
I find it funny that you talked about that stuff about moonshine I've done some research and found that car is back in the day you used to run off that.
Rutabaga moonshine, mmm mm!
I think we should ferment kale next.
All is fair in love and alcohol making, right? 😁
@@wedemandcookies Especially if there is tea involved.
you deserve more likes
This game looks so interesting, but there's a lot of imbalances and quirks that need to be ironed out.
Adding more depth would help too.
Dont forget a tavern to make them happy and a scaffold for police
Jeff is a prince of a guy!
Rember that you still got the mercks
Well, you better have around 50 trained Warriors ready by day 20 - 25 :)
Aren't Rutabaga's just Turnips?
I think they're more a swede than a turnip. Although nobody is really sure. The great rutabaga discussion continues!

The game doesn't seem very balanced yet. I'm sure it will be worth while when it's done.
If your prisoners are not good at fighting better to sell them off to traders.
