I really enjoyed this video. I'll confirm that the High Seas expression works well in cocktails. I've been using it in both Daiquiris and even an El Presidente with success. Good stuff for what it is. I'd put it in the same category of "multi-island cocktail rums" as Probitas or even Equiano Light (with differing flavor profiles, of course).
I get a ton of mustard seed in the aroma. Love the stuff!

Agreed - it's a really excellent cocktail rum. I went through my first bottle super fast.
