I do believe your new edger man is getting er done! Good job to him, and to you for the money he will make for your mill!!! Thank you Jason for another great video!
We are getting along just fine. 30 years and I'm happy as can be with what we have and who we have. For our operation it would not help I promise. Thanks for watching though Mr wild west.
They show what it’s really like. Some good logs some bad and some ugly. Not just nice big butt logs. Same kinda logs we have to deal with too everyday. Great sawing Jason
Yes Linda. We have all our guys stleast take the 3 day NHLA grading course. It really helps. There’s also a 7 day course. And a 3 month at NHLA school. But that’s really just to be a real deal certified grader but the 3 day course really gives you an idea on profits gained or lost at the trimsaw and especially the edger

It’s really worth it to have your key guys take the 3 day NHLA course it’s a huge help. For maximum yield and best grade You should look into it

You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
Nice.
Thanks!
I've seen it before but it's still interesting to see the activity at the back end of the mill. What's that conveyor coming in on the right side?
Bill
Rollers for bds that need edged from timberking
There is certainly something off with the edger not sure exactly what just wanted to bring that to your attention nothing worse than lost profits
Dull blades in that video and feed rollers need to be replaced.
