What do you make out of those boards with 20 inches of face
Disco de serra pequeno.
The camera angle does not show the edger feed or the trash slab dump. That's why people are asking what happens to the sawed wood.
I like that long log turner! Prolly 2 feet longer than what we've got going it looks.
Love this view 🤸♀️❤️❤️👍🙋♀️
Wishing you and your family a successful and safe 2025. Thanks for the video.
Thanks I hope yall do too!
Nice sawing, Jason. Happy New Year to you and Deeanna. It looked like your edger guy had an easy session this time. Bill
Yes he did. Thanks Bill!
Happy New Year y'all .
Happy new year to you as well!
Very efficient! Good job well done! Thanks!
Thanks and you are welcome!
Happy New Year! Thank you for sharing another fine video! Dan
Thanks Dan. Happy new year to you as well
Nice sawing. My dad made a very good living in the 1950's sawing those size logs. He cut SYP into 1 x 3 x 3'-----2 x 12 x 20'. Thanks for the video.
That's pretty cool. Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Interesting, Jason. Why did you run those slabs through the edger? Happy New Year. Bill
Slab recovery. Will resaw those to get 1x4s. Happy New Year to you as well!
Those little logs add up! Thank you for sharing another great video!! Dan
They sure do! Glad you liked it!
Was there a purpose unknown with the edging of a certain slabs
Slab recovery. Will resaw those to get 1x4s
Overall, pretty good looking logs.
Thanks
Have u had anybody build any cabins out of the poplar, and if so any pictures?Nice looking setup.
No I don't think so. Thanks for watching
Nice switch of views, Jason. Happy New Year to you and Deeanna. Bill
Thanks Bill! Happy New Year to you too.
Hi. I'm from Siberia. I am engaged in harvesting wood.Pine,Birch,Cedar, Larch, Spruce. I would like to propose a partnership to process these logs into products. If there are people interested in a joint partnership .Let me know. And we will be able to discuss all the details of cooperation.
I think the logistics would be to expensive. Thanks for watching
yes not waste of time some decient boards whatever
Thanks
Great video, glad to see you cutting some poplar haha
Yes but only a little bit. We're on pine again now. Still haven't gotten a full load that wasn't mixed. Thanks Nathan!
Doppler is a beautiful wood. I would prefer to see it growing in the woods, but everything is okay in moderation.
Stupid voice text... Poplar not Doppler
Very nice 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Just saw your laser for the first time, enjoyable watching a "pro:
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
For the most part, fine looking logs! Does your edger have a laser on it to make it easier for your edger man? Hope y'all had a great Christmas! Thank you for sharing! Dan
Good morning 🎉🎉

Yes we did Thank you! Dan

Thanks for your opinion. But I promise you that it cannot be operated any faster without tearing something up.
Nice lumber. Thanks
Glad you liked it!
i'm pretty sure it was poplar that an uncle of mine took down, to be split, (it don't split) at all, can't remember how dry it was, but my uncle ended up taking the wood to the dump
Probably wasn't poplar. It's pretty soft. Maybe it was gum or hickory. Thanks for watching!
WOW mantap sukses selalu 🎉🎉🎉❤
Thanks, appreciate it!
Love this!
Awesome! Glad you liked it!
Is it snowing outside in your town or city , it's 70 degrees here in los Angeles CA now
It was not and still isn't. It's around 45 and party sunny
That edger hand sure keeps an even strain on things.
I rekon so.
Hello, just found your channel. I used to run a head saw for a fer years. When i would flip my logs and cants, i would back the log up just a bit on the headblocks and take the log tuner and and put down presser on the top of the log and pull out so i was turning one face instead of three faces. I don't know if you ever tried that but it would speed up your cycle time a bit. Nice sawing too.
I’ve never tried that. Thanks for the tip!
@nicholssawmillandmore it's going to take some time to get used to it but when you do it really speeds up your time. You have to make sure the edge is on the head block so it doesn't get stuck.
Merry Christmas to that great looking couple we saw at the end of the video. Bill
Thanks, Merry Christmas to you too!
Merry Christmas.
Same to you!
Merry Christmas!
Same to you!
The constant panning and zooming made me seasick I couldn't continue watching this one. It would be very nice if you'd lock the camera down a bit.
Ok
Merry Christmas
Thanks. Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas!!!!
Thanks. Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to you guys and happy new year we have a lot to be grateful for enjoy your videos.
Thanks so much and Merry Christmas to you also!
Good job 🎉
Feliz natal, a todos do canal
Thanks you too!
Merry Christmas Folks, thanks for the excellent view of the saw. love it.
Thanks, you too!
How many more logs a day do you saw? Now that your sending cants to the resaw
2 or 3 thousand bd ft
@ That’s a pretty good number. I was told from a buddy of mine that owns a sawmill around the size of yours. That. Your making money if 1000bdft is sawed a day for ever man working not sure if you would agree with that or not
Congratulations to you both and all who puts in the hard work each and every day
Thanks!
Mezzberizing to watch.....👍👍👍🙏
Thanks
Looks like quite a lot of nice boards, Jason. Was there much FAS? Merry Christmas. Bill
Quite a bit I believe. Merry Christmas!
Those first few boards on that first log were as good as it gets. Hope y’all have a merry Christmas!
I agree. Wish I had more like that. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas to you too!
If you are going to make a sawing video, then at least showcase the saw better. Why, you insist on making a video from the ass end of things is more than contestable. You have a nice set up just move the stupid camera to where the action is, the saw area. You have on rare occasions made videos showcasing the saw, the boards that need the sides trimmed. Please, explain WHY you insist on showing loading logs. This is a sawing video, not a log loading show.
You don't have to be rude.... These are great video's that are done by great people! They don't have to do this for us! If you don't like it, go find another channel....
I was trying to show the quality of some of that lumber. Sorry it didn't suit.
@@nicholssawmillandmore No apologies needed, Jason.
Wow get a life, if you don't like it don't watch it
The second log was especially nice. Glad to see it didn’t get used as a crosstie. Merry Christmas from Brentwood, TN.
I'm glad you liked it too! Merry Christmas!
Bit of a bad angle on this video, all i see is the pully that moves the carriage back and forth, lol, want to see more of the saw blade cutting the lumber please. Merry Christmas to all of you.
I rekon so. I was trying to show the bd quality.
Nice FAS and Merry Christmas to y'all
Yes I agree. Don't get to many like that.
