Dear Raghuram, you spoke very good Hindi! Congratulations! I can share with you one experience, True that a large number of people apply for few jobs. But the story, thereafter, is interesting, only half the people appear for examinations. Actually, fewer because of multistage selection! Finally overqualified people get the jobs, and they don't join or leave after joining. In the meanwhile, more vacancies increase due to attrition. So the same process repeats. Point: The ration of no of applicants to no of vacancies is not a good indicator. Actually, same people apply for all the government jobs. The overqualified succeed and don't join. Situation continues. Too much democracy and twitter democracy has further complicated the system.

Economy is being forced into Gujarat model of traders and middlemen. Most growth is coming from government taxing its contractors. Hence massive unemployment.. Its a circular economy now.

Govt को reality sector पर जोर देना चाहिए. इस सेक्टर से रोजगार बहुत ज्यादा मिलता है, इसके लिए जो भी प्रोजेक्ट काफी दिन से रुके हुए हैं इनको स्टार्ट कराये. Gst भी कम करना चाहिए इस छेत्र मे. Transfer and रएजिस्ट्री का रेट कम करना चाहिए.

प्राईमरी, मिडिल और इन्टरमिडिएट एजूकेशन तो वर्तमान सरकार ने अपने हाल पर या प्राईवेट मध्यम पूंजीपतियों जिम्मे छोड़कर (जो कि शिक्षा की दुकान सावित हो रही) धन कमाने वाले इन्स्टीट्यूट सावित हो रहे हैं , गुणवत्ता शिक्षा का कहीं नाम नहीं है। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सरकार पूरी तरह फेल है। या सरकार जान बूझ अनदेखा किया है।

Different skills in the field of health care , pharmaceutical, power, green energy, information technology, financial system etc. must be included as subject in the Government Skilled Schools. Everyone wants jobs in govt sector --- impossible
Engineering -- goes for MBA --- wasted A seat of good upcoming engineer

Most those appear inpatwari, banks jobs already working here and there but want these stable jobs
Maximum qualified people don't want to work from level 1
They want level 6 job at start
Instead they waste time on social media or internet
If they try they can earn on social media platforms and lot of people earning from their skillset or updated skillset
Problem is that unemployed people get support from home or free money from govt schemes or ngos so they don't work, it's handicapped mindset of people
Everyone comfortable in comfort zone but don't want to jump in risk zone and growth, that is problem.of mindset created since schooltime by parents ,teachers and society
