    Very interesting with some nice material. The only adverse comment is that between the portable line and Rhyl there was the 'permanent' line at St Leonards, East Sussex. It was the refusal of the local council to extend the running rights on that site beyond one season that caused the search for another site - which turned out to be Rhyl. It's interesting to what might have happened had the local hotelier and the council been more amenable.

      Indeed. I compiled this with one eye on the history playlist, and St Leonards was covered in a previous video which is in the playlist.
