you are absolutely amazing! Thank you so much. you were recording these as I was living the nightmare. I am getting ready to go to court now and your videos are really helping. Both practically, I'm jotting everything down, but its helping me to keep calm, and reassuring me that this is just normal employer behaviour. thank you
I think this video should be shared on the next Zoom support session. Please consider it, I bet many people don't know about it.
Great presentation. Makes it easy to grasp.
Excellent summary! You are awesome & have a natural art to presenting. I wish more lawyers could take the leaf out of your book 📕 🍃 so the audience doesn’t fall asleep 💤 ps have you completed a video on Case Management yet?
My et1 has been accepted & I’ve been advised to prepare a case management..
I’m guessing that needs to be prepared for in time for the preliminary hearing? x
We have lots more videos on our TikTok that we're slowly, but surely uploading here as well! You'll typically get a Case Management Agenda to fill out prior to your PH, if you have any questions about it, feel free to send us an email at hello@valla.uk!
very good
Can you face disciplinary action or breach data protection if you are still employed by organisation and use team meeting notes and Emails as evidence
So under GDPR, you are entitled to data that pertains to you. If the team meeting notes and emails relate to you/are about you/mention you/you're involved/etc., that's covered.
Hi. I am taking my local authority to a tribunal for constructive dismissal after an injury at work When I resigned I cashed in my pension as to pay bills rent etc. I am still unable to work because of the injury. Can I claim my pension as compensation from the Tribunal? Thank you for all the information in your videos. They are very helpful.
