My former employer has not yet sent his ET3, on his deadline date he asked the ET for an extension of time which they say he has done wrong by not cc-ing me into the request for extension. I've then been asked to wait for him to send me his ET3 before I can object but the ET have also said, let them know if he doesn't reply in x amount of days. And so far all I have received from him was a message from his representatives telling me to correspond through them. What should I do, I'm representing myself

My et3 came back and it's nothing to do with my et1 . Thanks for your help
