Mr. Fiber Spider, I just want to thank you a million times for this video of learning how make the wrap around shawl! I know how to do it, because you've made it very easy to make, as well as all your other shawls that you showed us how to do! I have practically finished 8 of your shawl projects...I did some for myself and others! Fiber Spider, you are a very wonderful person, a very wonderful teacher as well! Keep up the good work! I hope you have knitted shawl projects in the future.
I will definitely be doing this wrap, but I think I will be doing a kfb, not a big fan of islets. Thanks for the inspiration, can't wait to try it! Stay caffeinated ☕☕
Bonjour monsieur. Un grand merci pour les explications de se châle. Depuis longtemps je cherchais à savoir comment le faire . Je suis pressée de le commencer. Merci beaucoup. Bonne fin de journée.
Hi, I just wanted to let you know, I love your channel and tutorials!!! You make it easy to follow and your voice is calming. Makes me feel relaxed when knitting with you easy and takes away my fears of knitting on circular needles. I'm an newbie at knitting!! Thank you Spider!!!
Sharon Mason I feel the very same as you. You worded it so well I just thought I would tag in your comment! Hope you don't mind. Also welcome to knitting.
Thank you for this tutorial. I love making and wearing multiple wedge shawls. I’ve made two from another TH-cam tutorial. Yours is similar but much different and for me it was easier to follow. The way you placed the markers made the entire process less complex. 👍
🌺 Mahalo’s for your (Ahonui) patience🙏🏽 Your voice is soothing & kind ... My Tutu taught me to crochet & you remind me of her ... she broke things down to a fraction ... but with the patience of 7 saints😉☺️ You are Kumu (Teacher). People sometimes lose sight of being kind. You sir are very kind & patient. 🤙🏽 Aloha Oe♥️🙏🏽🌺
Wow beautiful shawl . Would love to make it but don't have the needle size recommended, can you please tell me where I can get them. God bless stay safe and healthy. Phyllis from Canada
Thank you, Amazon is my usual place to go for longer circular cords, although a lot of interchangeable needle sets have a variety of cords that should suffice. At least 48" is advisable, if not longer, for this piece.
Hello, I love your videos, but I was wondering if it would be possible to tell us or even add into description how many rows do your finished products have, just so we have an inkling of how big/long/wide the shawls especially should be?
Hobbii has ones that look similar, they are in Copenhagen. I order yarn from them, shipping is cheap and takes a long time for delivery but I'm in NYC.
You can find them online as well as in most craft stores. The cut straws is an excellent idea, you can also use safety pins (just careful they don't snag on your yarn)
I love your videos and I have learned a lot. I have a problem with my stitch markers moving around. I have the ring ones, should I get them larger so they don’t go under the yarn over. Any tips....

If possible could you do a TH-cam video tutorial showing how to make the myra shawl by dominique baril-tremblay
Starting this tonight. 😊
Beautiful colors ^_^
Crochet version please!
I!M LOST. WATCH LATER!
Love it.
Does this grow in length? It just seems to be getting wider???
Working on this now, just do have a question. What are the measurements of the one you made?
Is this a version of a Faroe shawl?
Is there a written pattern for this shawl?
Hola..podrian traducir al español el tutorial??
Where can I bye the markers you use, I live in Denmark
You can always cut a plastic straw to make markers - my mom did.

How many cakes did you use? I don't think it was mentioned.
Never mind, I saw the answer already. .. Thanks for great videos. ..
Lol, it's ok, the details can be subtle and blend like an ombre 😉
Looks like what I’m working on by Barbara Benson Watch Barbara Knit on TH-cam!🌈💙😌❣️
