Went to France last August and was so enamored of being on Omaha and Utah beaches. I tried to imagine what it was like for those guys as they ran into certain death for the liberation of Europe. I gave a salute and my appreciation to them. Also, this is an awesome diorama.
I agree. However. There is a lot to say about making figures from a model infantry kit meticulously painting and figuring how you want to position it. I have a ton of respect for people that can turn an average infantry soldier into a wounded blood soaked casualty. Something I never mastered. But it was fun trying nonetheless.

This reminds me "SAVING PRIVATE RYAN film" and "BAND OF BROTHERS TV serie"... the fences looks as real razor wire, be carefull to not get hurt with it... it seems you have made a lot of research about World War 2 footage.... Very good work!
I can only imagine on how HORRIFIC real war is! Our US troops is virtually "sitting ducks" going into shores of Normandy on D-Day only to be pepper sprayed with MG 42 machine guns.
Really really nice! I loved it! May I offer a little critique? If so, I would suggest looking at the history of battles before remaking them. I loved the vid but it was not historically accurate. I don't know if you care or not but being historically accurate is good :). The battle scene here looks nothing like Omaha on d-day but it gets the

My grandfather was at Utah beach, and he would have liked what you did in this film.
My dad was a soldier on Omaha beach he survived. And told me the story.
