HCR - Cylinder Repair

In our HCR - Cylinder Repair the liner is drilled out to remove it. This is followed by automatic honing, which ensures the correct surface roughness and quality. The liner is then shrunk by heating the cylinder and cooling the liner. Finally, the liner is inserted into the cylinder with suitable protective equipment. (+80° C, -40° C in 5-10 sec.)
