Thanks for the video, Chuck. Interesting cannabis factors. MO owns 42% of CRON and BTI owns 20% of OGI. These companies are definitely making moves to keep growing, in addition to those sweet dividends 😊
This is absolutely why i own and continue to add to my MO positions, the Government is dragging their feet on Cannabis but the die has been cast even if it has to be state by state over a longer timeframe and very messy.
It's a matter of time before the US adopts Cannabis for all their states. It's ridiculous that it's dragging this long. Many countries including their neighbors (Canada) have already Legalized Marijuana.
Thanks. I have had MO and LEG for over 2 years. I'm adding income ETFs now to do exactly what you did here, bring up over all yield while getting good income.
Hi Chuck, some stocks never seem to come into that value range, like costco. I've been watching this stock, waiting for it to dip, and missing out on returns. What are your 'Mr valuation' thoughts on this dilemma. Thanks again.
Hey Chuck! Nice shirt...your past as a fashion advisor is catching up with you ;-) I like this format. I think that being undervalued is part of the equation but that momentum will make sure that the stock is moving in my favor. I want to buy stock that is undervalued and rising in price near the ex-dividend date. I can manage the trade after that depending on whether my dividend stock is classed as growth or income. Cheers!
What a great vid ! Keep going and big thx for all the value you brings to us! Hey, DLR is 4.54% Yield, what do you think of it now ? Best regards ;-) Nate from Switzerland
Hey, Chuck! I am a subscriber for more than 3 months and i love it. great video as always. Can you share the whole list you have with Core Income Buys. thanks.
The Fastgraphs team is always adding new features. The ease and quickness you can see valuation, analyst projections, key financial figures etc is the best out there (that I’ve ever seen) keep these videos coming Chuck!!
Update please on VFC and LEG - Dividend cut, CEO change - Insiders buying. Price was this low last in 2009, and 94. Seems compelling as it trades market cap at roughly equity value.
Are companies paying us dividend from our own investment? According to Rob Berger there is a correlation from a slight decrease of stock price on ex-dividend date (see yahoo finance historical data)
IIPR looks amazing if their earning continue, their P/S is 9.3x which imo is 9x over my comfort zone lol. but their P/B is getting attractive at 1.3x, good enough imo. I’m gonna add a small position to my portfolio since their growth makes up for the high P/S
Love this channel and always get a lot from it. As far as DGI goes, there is no better investment strategy to deploy, especially during these trying, uncertain times that actually delivers. I just crossed my $100K goal and will only continue to build this dividend portfolio until retirement... E A S Y money.
Thanks Chuck. I love the list. I have these 2 tobacco co (may add) and intend to get some VFC, OMC and LEG. I am not familiar w/IIPR, but will take a close look. Thank you very much
Sold some.sold some BAT to buy some fedex UPS VOO SCHD and Qualcomm and IIRP this past week because BAT has held up nicely. I will rebuild my position in BAT overtime
Thanks Chuck. BTI. Issuing shares while they are cheap and also paying a 7% Div yield. Horrible management decision for returning shareholder value. Not something i would invest in.
Hey Chuck, would be interesting to see if 10,000$ was invested into each, considering dividends reinvested, what would be the total return after 10-20 years going back to 2002.

i love BTI and PM. Thanks from Norway:)
Hearing Mr. Valuation go over another cannabis stock is music to my ears! Whole sector has been dumped on for no real reason

Wow, realy looking forward to those new functions!
BNS a major cdn bank pays 6% and has a solid record since 1833 when it paid the first dividend of 3%. It has a 40% upside.
Damn! Another grand slam with Mr. Valuation 👍🏼🏆🙏🏽🙌🏼❤️epic dividend paying companies who are growing and thriving !

Can you do the chemical companies? They’ve been getting demolished
DOW, DD, LYB, HUN, CC
Add EMN to the list
Thank you !! I have VF Corp and Altria and I love their performance. When they go low I buy more ❤
It is interesting how you like VF Corp while it tumbled 25% since Chucks recomended it ??!

I have all but omnicom. I’m adding to IIPR slowly as share price slides down. I probably got in too early.

work in progress, good suggestion.
thanks Chuck

What are your thoughts on GSK

I’m gonna add a small position to my portfolio since their growth makes up for the high P/S
Be careful, they recently had a lawsuit filed on behalf of the investors saying the company lied about their property values to investors
You recently demonstrated the rule of 72 but I cant find it. Which one was it ?
What do people feel about the mega miners BHP and Rio. Significant free cash flow and high dividends in then12% zone

All great companies here. Any idea what is wrong with LEG? It’s been falling since last 2 years 😢
12/21 adjusted earnings per share $2.78. 2022 adjusted earnings per share $2.27. 2023 adjusted earnings per share $1.39. Estimate for adjusted earnings 2024 $1.16. Earnings determine market price
I am a huge fan of the tool and your videos.
