I thought pace makers are professional and tactical in terms of breaking world record because as we saw the other video runners started faster but ended up slowing hence ruining the race and lastly I think you must prepare your body for the transition.

Vous ne savez pas de quoi vous parlez. Le record personnel de krop sur 10k est de 27min04. Il n’a jamais fait mieux. Même s’il a l’air détente, il était à fond et il n’a pas pu tenir le rythme de gressier. Point.

Kenyan runners run at high altitude in training . They have always done well close to sea level because there is more air .
Where one trains can make a difference how they do on long distance running !
It's not that simple. To use altitude at your advantage there is a certain window. Between 7 to 14 days it could be detrimental to your performance. So you have to time it right, and it costs money. So, basically some times yes, some times nope
What is really helping 100% sure is their hilly running playground

No one can hide truly hitting the wall in their face. Krop was nowhere near full effort. Its perfectly fine to organize a friend to help push you though, alls fair in love and war...and sports...except actual exogenous hormones.

Please learn the full names of the "African" runners. Announcers for the Olympics were schooled years ago not to refer to athletes as nameless representatives of a certain nation or even continent. Do you listen to the BBC commentators? They are the models. They have a high consciousness of giving full respect to individual athletes, and not to repeat racist stereotypes. Even the pronunciation of Gressier you can easily learn thru Google.
