I'm so happy that Jannik and Carlos have emerged as top tennis players. They are such good role models for all the young people getting into tennis. Smiley, humble, always loving what they're doing, taking time out of their day to do nice things. Great ambassadors for our sport for many years to come!

Definately Jannik is one of the players that we'll see many times in the future finals. Not only for his talent but also for his personality.

Well I don't want to be *that* guy, but the reason we are going to see Jannik in many finals in the future has nothing to do with his personality and everything to do with him being an absolute monster at tennis.
This is such a deja vu experience for me lol! When I went to the US Open last year I had the EXACT same feeling you had, except it was with Djokovic. We walked together to the practice courts and he had his arm around me like I was his son lol. He gave good advice and he was super nice and chill. Like you said, this is one of the moments we remember for the rest of our lives!

Damn Sinner is great but Djokovic is the goat. A hitting session with Djokovic is only rivaled with a session with Nadal and maybe Federer.

@@novakgoatovic it's just the guy that purged Novak 4 of the last 5 times; he actually beaten him TWICE in a day in Davis Cup, first in single (after being 3 match points down) and then in double with Sonego. Poor little Novak.
Jannik is awesome! I remember cheering for him in several matches and even Serena was amazed by that powerful forehand

It's incredible to just hear and compare the amount of spin Jannik puts on the ball even when hitting super casually. It shows how the modern game is all spin driven and you can never have too much spin. He is truly an amazing player to watch and such a nice humble guy and I wish him all the best in his hopefully long and injury free career. Regarding you Ashley, it is a joy to see your passion for the sport I also love. You have some very lucky students of yours so keepup the good work!

I started following Yannik when Federer had some good things to say about him, because I was a huge fan of Fed. After seeing Yannik play, I noticed his power game is very entertaining and interesting to watch. After watching him for a few years now Yannik has become my favorite player. He's tennis skills are very obvious but I also really admire his cool attitude on and off court. He's always respectful and down-to-earth. Definitely a great role model! I hope he has many years of great success. Getting to hit with him had to be amazing. Definitely would be a highlight of my life as well.

The first time I saw him play I said, he's going to have a grand slam. I hope he wins the French Open so that he can be no. 1.

Man what an experience! It’s so amazing to me even at half pace that the ball off Jannik’s racquet just sounds so pure. The way he strikes the ball, I could literally watch for hours. He might be the purest striker on the tour
Love his attitude, humbleness and how he’s expressed that superficial material things are t important. With his game: I love how he moves and gets down for every shot! He is also my current favorite player.
I love that Jannik is so cool, and what a player. As Jannik says its a lot of practice and its a lot about psychology.

What a great experience. I had the good fortune of watching Jannik play Khachanov at Australian Open in January. His court movement is effortless, and reminds me a bit of how Federer used to glide around the court. Anyhow great vid!

Wow, first of, congrats for this 🎉. Second, I really enjoyed when he had the camera thus making it possible for us to see how he hits and moves as if it's from our own point of view
Most important thing he said was to enjoy.....I can resonate with that so much after coming back to tennis after a 12 year absence (I used to play extremely competitive in high school/college), I stopped beating myself up so much and actually just enjoy being on the court. Win or lose, take something positive away and learn to get better. If you have fun playing, you will get better whether it being exhibition games, competitive matches, or practice.

Love Jannick, he's prob my favorite player alongside Alcaraz. I knew since he was 17 and winning Challengers that he would be a great champion. What a privilege to be able to hit with him. He seems like a genuinely nice guy.
Also I'm a big fan of Head rackets. As a kid I played with the Radical because of my idol Agassi. Then I played with the first Speeds (the Youtek ones). Lately I've been playing with he Extreme Tour, can't wait to see the new version and your review of it.

in the POV it is amazing to see how early Jannik pulls his racket back! When you compare it to your POV, i mean it is what 0.3 sec earlier but it seems like he is always waiting for the ball already in the right position.
