Hiking Kentmere Horseshoe, Lake District // Unbelievably windy!

Hello! We ticked off TEN Wainwrights on this hike. It's a long route - over 18km - and it was so windy, making the hike harder than it needed to be. But we got up super early to watch the sunrise which was beautiful, and the dawn chorus was so loud too! Not all Wainwrights are included in the vlog, but I've listed them below. I've also linked the route - we didn't follow it exactly, adding Thornthwaite and High Street, and missing off Shipman Knotts.

Nice one Jen. Did that route about 4yrs ago. Set off from the church at Kentmere. Think it was about 13 miles in total. That wind tho💨 😳. ATB - Dave
