my first hunting experiences were for axis deer at 777 Ranch down that way, as well as my uncle’s ranch in Hondo when I was a teen.. was extremely fortunate to have an uncle who could afford to bring me to a ranch like 777, so I was basically guaranteed to experience the thrill of harvesting a big trophy. I lost interest after seeing some unethical behavior from other hunters at 777 that makes my stomach turn to think about.. but I am finally getting back into it nearly 20 years later as a way to remember my uncle after I inherited a lot of his hunting gear.. I now dream of having my own piece of hunting land in SW Texas hill country one day..

We need some good guys to come here to Harlan, Ky to manage and grown the deer herds round here on public land. This place used to be known for coal and now it’s known for the television show Justified. Also some of the best four wheeling trails in the country. Plenty of big woods, old strip mines and old log roads, but zero agricultural! Any of you good ole’ boys have the time come help us out with the deer management part of hunting!!!

@Nekoda Colvin I hunt 5 miles from them at the E3. And its def. Not high fence deer. They are wild. Kansas is just different. Ive seen 2 shooters just this morning. And booner yesterday at 25 yards but no shot. So no its not farm deer.

That's what it sure looks like and more than likely is. They r basically shooting pet deer that have been bread and bought at auctions
Some of the deer at the e3 have to be farm deer there's no way you can take like nine shooters off the same property every year
