Hello, Thank you so much for your information. I have a 2TB USB drive and it's taking forever to do the Analyzing with the testdisk software. So far we are going on 24 hours and I'm only at 6%. Is there a way to skip this step or workaround because I just want to write over it to reformat it again? I don't have to save anything on it. I have nothing important on it. I tried to reformat it from Utility from format exfat to Mac os extended (journaled) and for some reason, it's not accessible. It states "bad sector or no partition found. So I found Testdisk for help. However, it's taking too long, I was hoping there is a workaround. I'm on a Mac, and I was able to get testdisk started by using homebrew. What worked for me is..- . Running cmd as administrator then typing "chkdsk H: /f /r" and pressing enter helped me. waited for the cmd to do it's magic after it said 100% completed.., I simply closed the cmd window and I was able to access my drive. . No external Software Required. YAY!

Hi, i follow your steps until the step at video's 4:53 by selecting 'Write' and hit Enter, it shows me "You will have to reboot for the change to take affect" and with only 'OK' to select at bottom, so i select OK and hit enter, it go back to previous menu.
