Yeah so Tyrs deliverance is a healing spell that has a 1.5 minute cd that heals people aoe and also increases the healing they take by 12%. Its duration can be extended by casting healing spells such as holy shock and flash. Blessing of summer has changed to where it will do 12% of healing as dmg or 12% of dmg as healing.
