Thank you I really appreciate this version of instruction! I would add, for me, if you would just give a simple verbal prompt before each exercise, that would be helpful. Otherwise, I'm constantly looking at a screen to see what you're doing. Thanks for all you do!

Rose, I'm so sorry for what you're going through right now. I would suggest you contact your doctor or get a referral to a Urogynecologist, someone who specializes in prolapse issues. I also suggest you check out a prolapse group on Facebook, Association for Pelvic Organ Prolapse Support (APOPS), they are a private group with 16,000 members. You will get lots of help and advice there, it is very secure and private. Good Luck in your health journey!

Please see a pelvic floor PT to help you determine the root cause of the leakage.

I love your videos and your wisdom, but with written instructions only this video isn’t helpful for me. I use my phone for workouts, and have to keep twisting to look at the screen to see what I’m supposed to be doing. It really disrupts the flow. Even a simple audio cue like, “Butterfly, five reps, don’t forget to breathe out when you open and in when you close,” would allow me to know where I am in the flow. Instead of using this, I do my workouts with the instruction video. Twice as long, and I need to take breaks between movements (good chance to do Kegels!), but at least I know what I’m doing. 🙂
