This is my boat. It was quite the surprise seeing you at the Seattle Boat Show. Super cool meeting you! I hope I never end up on your Chit Show channel😂😂😂
@@richardbeese7635 no sir. Just having fun getting one built, playing with it a bit, selling it. Build #2 (this one) with a few changes, play with it, sell it. This will get listed soon and I’ll start on #3 - one I plan on keeping :)
@@mitseraffej5812 We fished it out of Westport, WA. It’s one of the nastiest bars on the west coast - the Columbia River being the worst of them all! I made sure she was balanced so I could trim the motors to keep the bow high, just for big following seas that we tend to get coming home. Like any boat, poor throttle control climbing up the backside and getting too much speed surfing down the front face can have ugly results. Proper operation is key. Then again, knowing to avoid max ebb when it’s big out keeps us from even needing to cross when it’s expected to be especially ugly. We don’t take the WP bar for granted. I have no problem staying out another 1-2 hours to let things calm down.
Alfred is the ultimate salesman/hype man. Cool to see the owner’s perspective. Would have liked to hear the hot wife’s thoughts, but oh well, that’s how it goes.
“Hot wife” loves the boat but hates cameras. ;) The boat is a tank- solid and purpose built for killing fish comfortably. I love it! Once you go cat, you don’t go back.
@@daintyflytrap4414 Ha! If that’s really you, congrats! You have a beautiful boat and a gorgeous wife…that’s all great, but…I’m really envious that you got to meet ALFRED in person!😉
Alfred, love your channel bro and thank you for all the great footage. Question, how would one of these all aluminum boats do in the south ? In FL, the gulf ?

How do these go crossing a bar with a large and steep following sea?

@@bigbopper143 better than outboard in every way whatre you new here?
@@JBruins You left a little bit of doubt before but the second response has nailed it. 🙈🙉🙊
The only problem with metal is that you can’t buff out scratches and slowly, but surely the scratches start building up all over the place
What is the thickness of the aluminium on the bottom, transom, sides, deck and house?. Is the boat foam filled? What is the stringer system like?
1/4” bottom and 3/16” sides. All aluminum plate and welded inside and out. No foam for water to seep into over time.

Alfred by memory isn’t wildcat aluminium boat a New Zealand designed and manufactured boat.? I could be wrong.
Allied builds Wildcats in Bremerton Washington
Hello Alfred.. wondering how will this boats do in the Atlantic,
Also how hot does that aluminum gets with the heat of the south?
That boat should do very well in the Atlantic
I feel like I've seen the owners somewhere. Do they do TH-cam boat videos?
I’m the owner. This is our 2nd Allied Wildcat. I did a walkthrough video and a few other videos of us in hull #1.
