Wireless adds latency. Cables add capacitance, lowering treble. Different beasts

@@Ottophil At Mark's level he's going to use something like the Shure Axient, the latency would be less than 2ms.

It’s fun, but honestly when I want to hear the nerdy logistics of gear I prefer hearing from the tech because they’re the ones doing the work and figuring it all out.

  • @travislee9662

Everybody’s trying to be funny and point out him being hypocritical; not liking wireless because it changes the tone, but then admits the long cables change the tone. He’s explained in other videos he doesn’t like wireless because it sounds a little "digital” to him and he prefers analog and tube sounds, hence no modeling amps. The cables being long has a higher capacitance to the signal and leads to some of the high end treble (which might sound harsh) to roll off and a little "warmer” sound. So the difference between preferring long cables over wireless is it changes his tone in a way he prefers. A lot of old school players like Jimi Hendrix played with the longer coiled guitar cables because it did the same thing.

lmao pot calling the kettle black. go back to school, study history, and learn just the BASICS about geo-politics you dunce.
then you can go to the eye doctor to realize that this isnt the ukraine flag... the ukraine flag is blue on the top, yellow on the bottom. mark's strap has a yellow stripe on top of a blue stripe...
are you really this stupid? do you think before you type? or do you just get your feelings hurt and start whining on the internet about how your idiotic opinion is just you covering up your shitty worldview and lack of understanding within the context of any critical thought.
