And of course seeing them go up against an army of killer penguins was pretty badass. Other than that there isn't really much else to say about this short. But regardless, Viv and crew did such an excellent and sensational job bringing this to life.
Still can’t believe Millie is confirmed straight. I don’t have a problem with it since I always see straight guys with bi girls trope, so it’s nice to see it switched genders for once. She’s a fantastic straight ally.

Key rule to animals: they don’t care about morality or rules. Most animals can and will deviate from their normal diet if the situation calls for it. Herbivores in particular often have no problem with eating meat if the plants they normally consume are unavailable for some reason, or even just eating other creatures simply because they can. A LOT of herbivores have been documented eating other animals, especially if they’re deficient in something required in their diet. Cows have been videotaped, eating snakes. Pigs raised in forms, actually have to have their tails snipped. Because pigs are known to eat anything in front of them, and if they accidentally eat another pigs tail, they will develop a taste for pork and start cannibalizing the other pigs. And dear are surprisingly carnivorous, they’re actually one of the animals, baby birds have to worry about if they failed to learn to fly.
And there are animals that will occasionally eat small amounts of things they can't digest /at all/. Which has led to, for example, some folks thinking you can feed cats a plant based diet.
