I think this is the first episode in the show that doesn't have an official antagonist. It's totally focused on the characters and their relationships, which I think is what makes Helluva Boss great in the first place.
This episode broke me so much with Octavia and her daddy issues because I can honestly relate and it’s so sad! This episode also had a whole lot of wholesome moments
Blitz has gotten some character development in this episode. Not only did he actually talk to Stolas over the phone without breaking it, he rose to the almighty state of being Brandon Ragers.
Blitz and Stolas are acting like two parents whose youngest kid ran away from home and they want to go look for her but can’t leave work yet (Stolas: hurry up and finish work so we can go find Via) and Loona is the big sis who ends up finding her because she’s not at work or panicking and she knows how to track and relate to troubled teens.
The foreshadowing in this episode is insane. (Someone said this at the actual Video comments) - The posters about the Acidic water - the little girl doing coke - The live prompter saying “God please kill me” before the guy got electrocuted It’s so good, and the moments Between Blitzø, and Stolas, and Loona and Octavia are so wholesome.
This is the best episode yet in my opinion! seeing the moments between Blitz and Stolas made me think-"And so their progress in slowly starting a real relationship has begun!" and once again Moxxie and Millie never fail to sing a beautiful duet it just proves how much of a perfect couple they really are! And the interaction between Loona and Octavia was just ever so wholesome, i mean you could just feel the sibling bond already forming!
Notes and thoughts in chronological order because I'm lazy to time stamp things: > Azathoth’s Tears, according to Stolas, this phenomenon was due to the tears of a “long-forgotten colossus”, we could assume that the Hazbin/Helluva Universe seems to have “Eldritch Beings” reside within. > Just a side note, checking the HP Lovecraft wiki, Azathoth is an Outer God and a supreme omnipotent being, he even has a title called “Daemon Sultan” > Octavia smiling while covered by the blanket makes her look really cute > Seeing as Octavia wakes up excited and rather happy, it shows that she is really looking forward to the event that she had marked on her calendar, granted we only saw her wake up grumpy once in ep2, but we could assume that she has been waking up grumpy after the events of the “Not Divorced Party” > Stolas seem to be more absorbed in arguing against Stella that he seemed to ignore his daughter's conundrum, although good on him to fight back against Stella after their discussion from the last episode > In the calendar in Blitzo’s office, there are words that say, “Murder Tiem”, “Observe Employeees”, “Pissing Contest”, “Commit Tax Fraud”, some iterations of killing a person, and lastly “Have The Talk” scribbled out in a number of days > Hal-9000? More like, Hel-9000 > In Blitzo’s office, bottom left we could see a certificate of some sort, a ticket to the left of it, both left and right side of the screen shows bloodied cards, bottom right shows the flyer of “The Incredible Blitzo” > In the puke, the guy throws up a condom > Octavia accidentally killing a person by landing on them > Reading the signs the protesters are waving, “Demons Walk Among Us”, “God Hates You Personally”, “To Hell” > Golden man statue > For me personally, I think a time jump happened between this episode and episode 1 season 2 > Bitzo can seem to easily carry Loona with no problem > Stolas is so tall that he had to crouch down to exit the portal > Let’s keep note of the LA Water which is 98% literal acid > A somewhat of a magical girl transformation > My best thoughts on the interaction between Stolas and Blitzo, is that this is the first time they are talking to each other after Ozzie’s, and the stark difference in the way that they talk, being blunt and snarky, in contrast to S1E2 and S1E5, I think this is character development in some sort, I’m not sure > Haha, cartoon Brandon Rogers > Das a lot of furry art > Stolas being manhandled by a human and saying “Oh~ You are Stong~” > If we look back, the person that Octavia kills accidentally by falling on top of them was the actual Brennon Ragers, that’s why the producers said that he was missing for a long while > In the shop that Octavia looks at, at the right looks like a doll in a mix of the IT and Chucky, an Ouija board but for weed, and trinkets above that > Blitzo having performance issues along with anxiety about doing them, this links to his somewhat troubled past as seen in ep1 The Circus > Stolas seems to like watching Blitzo perform, even enjoying his joke even if others don’t, just like what happened in the previous episode when they Stolas first saw Blizo > Hellhounds are, again, at the bottom of Hell’s social hierarchy, even to the point that in an adoption center, this is their current living conditions > We could see in Loona’s cell, that there are child drawings of, presumably her, doing various things > This scene really shows how much Blitzo cares about Loona even if she doesn’t show it >”Eh” > Family Guy death pose > Stolas fell in love again, and Blitzo seems to have a six pack > Stolas seems to be blinded by the freedom of being separated from Stella > It’s implied, but Loona, even if she doesn’t show it, loves Blitzo as her dad > Sisters > I do think this is probably the first time both of them had met > Loona doesn’t know what fireworks are apparently > Here is a call back to the Pilot Episode, Moxie is indeed NOT easy to manage Final thoughts: > My best guess as to why there isn’t any mention of the incident in Ozzie’s is because it really isn’t the best time, Stolas is, right now, more worried about his daughter, the discussion of him and Blitzo’s conundrum could be placed upon a later date as now is not the time or place to do a thorough discussion > It’s also quite amazing that Stolas could chug 98% acid > Might have missed a couple or even a lot of stuff….. Eh oh well
The guy getting burned by the water bottle (labelled as L.A. Water) is a jab at the notoriously contaminated waters around LA. A very clever joke everyone seems to be missing lol
I was born and raised in L.A. and I spent the whole time not really noticing anything because it's all I knew. When I was a teenager, we moved to Arizona. About a year after, I came back to LA on a visit and the horrific smell was the first thing I noticed, and I came to understand that was what LA normally smells like. A number of years later when I came back for another visit with my husband, we got off the plane and were walking up the jetway and he makes a face and says "What is that smell?!" and I looked at him casually and grinned and said "Oh that's just LA". he didn't know if I was joking or not.
I love the style this episode was animated in. Looked very… anime-ish? In the mannerisms and the way some scenes played out- how they cut together. God, that Loona and Via scene. Very TV indeed.
In case folks are confused about the director Earlier in the episode there is a poster about the La water bottles. 2% sewage, 98% acid So that dude is basically dead from the acid and flames
8:28 - Brennon Ragers... Brandon Rogers is voicing Blitzo... what a nice choice of names there. I love how Vivzie used animal noises... Loona seeing the "Star Owls" poster - there's been a doggie yelp and then close to the end, when Octavia was trying to avoid the smoke from Loona's cigarette... cute owl noises - that's a nice extra...
Yesss I really want them to hug. It would be so good for both of them. I also think that her anger issues prevent her from expressing her emotions thoroughly. Like she really doesn’t appreciate the affection (like she said in her convo with Octavia) which is good to know. And I think Blitzø knows that too.
Some people think that this episode is ignoring the established drama between Blitz and Stolas, but they're missing the trees for the forest. Octavia going to the human world after stealing the grimoire from Blitz is entirely the reason they're working together right now. Stolas was furious at Blitz for allowing it to happen, and even if he's still showing attraction towards Blitz, they can still have their argument and potential breakup later due to Blitz's shitty attitude. But saving Octavia came first, so they set their shit on the back burner for a moment to find her.
15:48 The reason the water burns that guy it's because it has lots of acid in it, there's a paper on a wall that says that the water on that place has more acid than water and telling people to not drink it when they arrive on the human world
6:59 I totally agree with you Zamber. Stollas looks like a major hottie in his human form. He’s handsome, he’s tall, and has a beautiful accent. Very suitable for one who is royalty.
I loved the character development in this episode! Especially with Loona. It gives more depth to her character. It shows that she’s not just edgy and that’s it, she rather has anger issues. And that Blitzø’s affection doesn’t annoy her all the time, she actually appreciates it (as said in her convo with Octavia), she just doesn’t know how to show her love back. And I think Blitzø understands that. Waiting for that hug🤞🏽Happy that he stepped up to have a talk with her finally, although he ended up regretting saying the replacing part. It made me sad too to see her in that terrible shelter orphanage place. Who knows what would have happened when she turned 18. Either thrown out into the streets of hell alone and without money or a job, or even worse.. put down. I’m also so happy to see Octavia again and happy that her and Loona had a good talk. Sister vibes. I hope they hang out more. Also I realized I’ve fallen in love with Octavia when she got happy seeing the “stars” bus. She’s so precious, I love her. I’m glad that even though she didn’t get to see the stars, she got to at least enjoy the firework show with her Dad. Everything else in the episode was good too! Blitzø and Stolas are totally acting like Dads and I can feel them falling for eachother this episode. Which I hope that they notice and finally get their shit together. They need to have a talk and realize that they actually do love eachother and aren’t just trading sexual favors. At first I was a bit irritated that the writers seemed to have brushed off their whole fight, but now that I think about it more, I think they just wanted them (especially Blitzø) to realize they do actually love eachother more than solely sexually. Before having a convo about it. Because Stolas is convinced Blitzø is annoyed by him all the time and doesn’t love him, and Blitzø is convinced Stolas only likes him for sex. So I’m sure the writers will come back around to it soon! And we’ll all shed tears lol😂Only thing I found a bit strange about that though, is that Stolas made a sexual comment even though Blitzø told him how he feels about that. But Blitzø didn’t seem to mind too much since Stolas wasn’t doing it constantly the whole ep, like in others. He also didn’t called him Blitzy, but rather, Blitzø. Which I can’t tell if it’s because he mad at him, or because he’s treating him with respect. But yeah, I think imo good episode, aside from some pacing issues. I’m mainly just happy to see development between the Dads and their daughters :) And Octavia and Loona.
Wait, "Azathoth's Tears"? Is the show confirming that the Cthulhu mythos exists in this universe? I wonder how those ancient eldritch gods factor in both this show and Hazbin Hotel's theology.
@PuffySnack In Alastor's case, he would've been able to summon some pretty catastrophic stuff if he channeled it from gods like those. However, Vivzie did clarify that Overlords like Alastor do not outclass beings like Lucifer and the Goetia. It wouldn't make sense for entities like Cthulhu, Shub-Nigurath, Azathoth, etc. to be of the same tier as the Sinner Overlords. I mean, they are GODS after all. Wow, I'm such a dork. lol
Depends. The rules for Chthulian beings are complex. He may have some dealings with them but I doubt very deep because though he comes off as eccentric chthulian cohabitations are known for driving people stark raving mad because their existence is so complex it's actually incomprehensible to most mortal beings. On that note Stolas says that they are the tears of beings that never came to be, but as somehave pointed out asthathoth is said to be a being so colossal that the entire universe is but one of it's many dreams. If the one above all is indeed in this story, then they may be the one responsible for bringing beings into the realm, and the beings of eldritch nature are crying because he prevented them from being. This has actual implications because Seviathan is of the leviathan family, a being that was said to be so mighty, that the lord banished it from out plane of existence because it had the capacity to actually swallow the entirety of reality. If Alastor is attached to eldritch beings, he may be responsible for the return of the leviathans, which would most certainly warrant him eldritch power.
@@tsunertoo9149 Huh, someone has certainly been doing their homework (and I mean that in a positive, non-sarcastic way). You do bring some good points. I guess we'll just have to wait for a future episode that may cover such entities if they truely exist in that universe. I wonder if Vivzie will even bring that up in a future Q&A of some kind.
It made me almost tear up the Octavia and Loona moment because they both can relate eachother, having "Daddy issues" Loona has a anger issues, i think the reason she didnt get any anger issues to Octavia because shes someone that can relate too both have issues, i mean i think most all of this characters have went through allot and have issues
I bet anything Octavia will be part of IMP at some point. BTW the whole Brennon Ragers thing you can see Octavia killed or knocked him out when she got in L.A the first time probably by landing on him.
That adoption center was awful not just the fact these are a horrid blend of orphanages and shelters but I’m scared what they do to hellhounds once they turn 18
My mind automatically went to what happens in real orphanages. Like they just get kicked and a “good luck”, which literally just makes them become homeless. But even worse, she could be put down.. :( That’s why she was so scared maybe
@@jjsstikbotvideos4421 Especially because she was considered to have behavior issues and in real kill shelters, it's normal to put down dogs that don't get adopted for behavior issues after a certain amount of time (assuming a no-kill doesn't pick them up first).
Stolas is sassy as fuck this episode. holy shit I like it. Also funny how Blitzo ending up playing 'Brandon Rogers' in this episode. Blink and you miss it was the real Brandon was the poor soul that Octavia landed on and seemingly killed when she arrived. and finally, we have Loona and Octavia having a sweet moment. it felt general and it just works.
Agreed!! It would be so cute. And I really hope Blitzø and Stolas do get their shit together because you can tell they both actually love eachother, but are kind of oblivious lol. They just need to talk :) Btw, it’s spelled Loona
This was a truly great episode with a lot of depth. The highlight was definitely the moment where Loona dished out some cool older sis advice to Via and helped her out. Also the Blitz and Stolas moments were pure gold. Moxxie and Millie's duet was also really really cute.
Many people thought (me included) the reason Octavia stole the book is because she heard the talk between Stolas and Stella from the first episode, so maybe I feel a bit disappointed about that, but this root wasn't bad either. Finally, we saw, how Loona got adopted by Blitz.
This episode genuinely cry. Which is rare in shows, because i can never feel for the characters, but this one... So nice to see a relatable episode. And definitely love the stolitz. Love this reaction aswell, all the love to you and vizzepop.
This episode made me cry after. So basically my dad left me when I was seven. so I have a stepdad his name is Travis and after that speech that Luna gave talk octavia I just started crying because then I realized that my stepdad was trying his best I just thought that I hated me I felt that for my entire knowing him thank you for making me realize that he is not as bad as I thought
25:41 I think based on the last episode that Stolas is gonna give Blitzo Asmodean crystals so I.M.P. would be able to access the living world without using the grimoire.
In the 3rd episode of 1st season, when Blitz and Loona were arguing on the beach, she says that she got her when she was almost 18. The orphanage owner said "she will be out of our pound in a MONTH", meaning she confirmed what Loona said to Blitz on the beach.
It was a minor detail but in one of the beginning episodes Luna actually mentioned that she was 17-18-something when Blitzo adopted her. I think it was the succubus episode.
Every episode since helluva boss started (at least in my opinion) have literally never been disappointing, the story is good, the animation is superb, voice acting is phenomenal, and some relationships while complicated *coughs* "blitz and stolas" I sorta like that it's not just a one way thing it's a bit sporadic and unpredictable and seeing Thea and Loona having that conversation about their fathers was so incredibly sweet and incredibly real, which that's another thing I'm glad we basically got that small flashback of blitz adopting Loona that to me is just....wow. I have too much to say honest
1. Really, really glad Stolas and Blitz are still somewhat of a thing. I was afraid with Stolas' reflecting song in the previous episode that he might have been thinking about losing both blitz and Stella. 2. That moment between Loona and Octavia was beautiful! If anyone could relate to screwed up father syndrome, it's Loona, which only makes the moment feel more heartfelt and genuine and that she's at least acknowledging that about herself as well. 3. Millennium and Moxie are the best couple in the show so far. I mean, I'm still heavy for the StolasxBlitz train and would really love to see them official, and not just friends with benefits. But m&m is so adorable! They love each other so much they don't miss a moment to share a moment even in battle! Millie is just enough countrified girl and Moxie is just enough Crane brothers (Frasier for the young crowd) that they balance each other perfectly!)
The whole scene with Loona and Octavia is not only so sweet but so aesthetic like I screen capped several frames cause I want to recreate it in a drawing ❤
Something I don't see a lot of people mention is the level of competence Loona displayed here. She knows actually nothing about octavia when she walks past that poster, despite that you actually see the locations that Loona goes too and they are actually very far apart. And once she starte searching for her, she didn't stop searching for her even once she was exhuasted. This was completely under the wind in her own sails mind you. Blitz was 100% right, Octavia really was in great hands. And his daughter, under her own motivation, used what she learned from her father and got the job done without any help or supervision what so ever. That really says something about her and Blitz relationship. She may come off as super violent, but she loves her father enough to do an entire days worth of work and showing an actual desire to do it well.
I think Something bad happened when Blitz last performed before this episode that scarred him considering the “i haven’t performed since” line that Stolas cut off.
Man this show deserves a emmy a Oscar any award such a good freaking show also that influencer joke omg idk who the like mom and kid were supposed to reference to but the one influencer reference omg as the Ashley's would say from recess SCANDALOUS!!!!! lol

Your first reaction to Stolitz: Ugh, no thank you! 🤢🤢
Your reaction now: I SHIP THEEEMMMM!! 😻😻
The foreshadowing in this episode is insane.
(Someone said this at the actual Video comments)
- The posters about the Acidic water
- the little girl doing coke
- The live prompter saying “God please kill me” before the guy got electrocuted
It’s so good, and the moments Between Blitzø, and Stolas, and Loona and Octavia are so wholesome.
5:34 when you piss off the wrong bird parent 😳…. And apparently I can say I’ve been to hell having visited LA before
This is the best episode yet in my opinion! seeing the moments between Blitz and Stolas made me think-"And so their progress in slowly starting a real relationship has begun!" and once again Moxxie and Millie never fail to sing a beautiful duet it just proves how much of a perfect couple they really are!
And the interaction between Loona and Octavia was just ever so wholesome, i mean you could just feel the sibling bond already forming!
Notes and thoughts in chronological order because I'm lazy to time stamp things:
> Azathoth’s Tears, according to Stolas, this phenomenon was due to the tears of a “long-forgotten colossus”, we could assume that the Hazbin/Helluva Universe seems to have “Eldritch Beings” reside within.
> Just a side note, checking the HP Lovecraft wiki, Azathoth is an Outer God and a supreme omnipotent being, he even has a title called “Daemon Sultan”
> Octavia smiling while covered by the blanket makes her look really cute
> Seeing as Octavia wakes up excited and rather happy, it shows that she is really looking forward to the event that she had marked on her calendar, granted we only saw her wake up grumpy once in ep2, but we could assume that she has been waking up grumpy after the events of the “Not Divorced Party”
> Stolas seem to be more absorbed in arguing against Stella that he seemed to ignore his daughter's conundrum, although good on him to fight back against Stella after their discussion from the last episode
> In the calendar in Blitzo’s office, there are words that say, “Murder Tiem”, “Observe Employeees”, “Pissing Contest”, “Commit Tax Fraud”, some iterations of killing a person, and lastly “Have The Talk” scribbled out in a number of days
> Hal-9000? More like, Hel-9000
> In Blitzo’s office, bottom left we could see a certificate of some sort, a ticket to the left of it, both left and right side of the screen shows bloodied cards, bottom right shows the flyer of “The Incredible Blitzo”
> In the puke, the guy throws up a condom
> Octavia accidentally killing a person by landing on them
> Reading the signs the protesters are waving, “Demons Walk Among Us”, “God Hates You Personally”, “To Hell”
> Golden man statue
> For me personally, I think a time jump happened between this episode and episode 1 season 2
> Bitzo can seem to easily carry Loona with no problem
> Stolas is so tall that he had to crouch down to exit the portal
> Let’s keep note of the LA Water which is 98% literal acid
> A somewhat of a magical girl transformation
> My best thoughts on the interaction between Stolas and Blitzo, is that this is the first time they are talking to each other after Ozzie’s, and the stark difference in the way that they talk, being blunt and snarky, in contrast to S1E2 and S1E5, I think this is character development in some sort, I’m not sure
> Haha, cartoon Brandon Rogers
> Das a lot of furry art
> Stolas being manhandled by a human and saying “Oh~ You are Stong~”
> If we look back, the person that Octavia kills accidentally by falling on top of them was the actual Brennon Ragers, that’s why the producers said that he was missing for a long while
> In the shop that Octavia looks at, at the right looks like a doll in a mix of the IT and Chucky, an Ouija board but for weed, and trinkets above that
> Blitzo having performance issues along with anxiety about doing them, this links to his somewhat troubled past as seen in ep1 The Circus
> Stolas seems to like watching Blitzo perform, even enjoying his joke even if others don’t, just like what happened in the previous episode when they Stolas first saw Blizo
> Hellhounds are, again, at the bottom of Hell’s social hierarchy, even to the point that in an adoption center, this is their current living conditions
> We could see in Loona’s cell, that there are child drawings of, presumably her, doing various things
> This scene really shows how much Blitzo cares about Loona even if she doesn’t show it
>”Eh”
> Family Guy death pose
> Stolas fell in love again, and Blitzo seems to have a six pack
> Stolas seems to be blinded by the freedom of being separated from Stella
> It’s implied, but Loona, even if she doesn’t show it, loves Blitzo as her dad
> Sisters
> I do think this is probably the first time both of them had met
> Loona doesn’t know what fireworks are apparently
> Here is a call back to the Pilot Episode, Moxie is indeed NOT easy to manage
Final thoughts:
> My best guess as to why there isn’t any mention of the incident in Ozzie’s is because it really isn’t the best time, Stolas is, right now, more worried about his daughter, the discussion of him and Blitzo’s conundrum could be placed upon a later date as now is not the time or place to do a thorough discussion
> It’s also quite amazing that Stolas could chug 98% acid
> Might have missed a couple or even a lot of stuff….. Eh oh well
Blitz: Having a dramatic superhero moment
Stolas: Blushing like he’s in a romance film
The guy getting burned by the water bottle (labelled as L.A. Water) is a jab at the notoriously contaminated waters around LA. A very clever joke everyone seems to be missing lol
This episode made me value the relationship of Loona and Blitzo, it just hurts me emotionally.
Loona and Octavia meeting for the first time and yet Loona managed to be a great big sister.
I love the style this episode was animated in. Looked very… anime-ish? In the mannerisms and the way some scenes played out- how they cut together.
God, that Loona and Via scene.
Very TV indeed.
In case folks are confused about the director
Earlier in the episode there is a poster about the La water bottles.
2% sewage, 98% acid
So that dude is basically dead from the acid and flames
Meanwhile stolas is just chugging them.
Hope Loona opens up more with Blitzø and gives him the hug he needs
Yesss I really want them to hug. It would be so good for both of them. I also think that her anger issues prevent her from expressing her emotions thoroughly. Like she really doesn’t appreciate the affection (like she said in her convo with Octavia) which is good to know. And I think Blitzø knows that too.
How has it just hit me after a year of watching helluva boss that the voice actor for moxxie is the voice actor for kaos from skylanders
10:24 I love the serious look and understanding on his face right here.
In the art table there’s a cute Verosika key chain
Some people think that this episode is ignoring the established drama between Blitz and Stolas, but they're missing the trees for the forest. Octavia going to the human world after stealing the grimoire from Blitz is entirely the reason they're working together right now. Stolas was furious at Blitz for allowing it to happen, and even if he's still showing attraction towards Blitz, they can still have their argument and potential breakup later due to Blitz's shitty attitude. But saving Octavia came first, so they set their shit on the back burner for a moment to find her.
I didn’t realize this but Octavia accidentally killed Brendon Ragers when landed
Oh my gosh you're right!
Which explains why they were looking for him.
15:48 The reason the water burns that guy it's because it has lots of acid in it, there's a paper on a wall that says that the water on that place has more acid than water and telling people to not drink it when they arrive on the human world
Just the "Eh!" when Stolas throws the water bottle tho 🤣
24:39 Remember in the beach episode when Loona said she was almost an adult and that her adoption shouldn’t count?
Loona and Octavia's talk was so wholesome, they will be good sisters in the future
Gotta love how they went all-in on the animation for the scene with Loona and 'Via.
14:00 apparently darla dimple managed to find a comeback career after all
Episode got me to tear up from Octavia and Loona talking and that memory flash Blitz had.
No joke. Ive been wanting an interaction with Loona and Octavia since we first meet Via. AND IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT
That adoption center was awful not just the fact these are a horrid blend of orphanages and shelters but I’m scared what they do to hellhounds once they turn 18
They probably kick them out of orphanages, which automatically makes them homeless.
@@cyriellequirion8883 Or worse they get put down
@@missdaisy2051 Also. But I don't want to think about it 😖
My mind automatically went to what happens in real orphanages.
Is it just me or was the animation phenomenal this episode? Like on another level
random thing i noticed second time watching is that the little girl in the "sitcom" is that she looked a lot like Miss Darla
If you want to know why the producer burned to death from water go to 13:00 and read the paper on the wall to the right of Loona
That lil girl, she reminds me of Darla Dimple from Cats Don’t Dance.
If and when stolas and blitz’s get their shit together I can see both Octavia and Loona becoming best sister friends
Edit: got it 😅
Agreed!! It would be so cute. And I really hope Blitzø and Stolas do get their shit together because you can tell they both actually love eachother, but are kind of oblivious lol. They just need to talk :)
Btw, it’s spelled Loona
If you look at the newspaper it says that water in LA is 98% literal acid and that’s why the producer was burning
Loona and Octi have so much in common that they hit it off pretty well. It’s no longer just a drawing on Pinterest, it’s fully animated!
I have always said, Vizi Hell is just L.A at Halloween, and now I have proof!
*Vivzie. It took me a little to realise what you were talking about.
This was a truly great episode with a lot of depth. The highlight was definitely the moment where Loona dished out some cool older sis advice to Via and helped her out. Also the Blitz and Stolas moments were pure gold. Moxxie and Millie's duet was also really really cute.
5:34 "BLITZ?!!!!!!"
Me: Yeah, Yousa in BIG Doo Doo.
Many people thought (me included) the reason Octavia stole the book is because she heard the talk between Stolas and Stella from the first episode, so maybe I feel a bit disappointed about that, but this root wasn't bad either. Finally, we saw, how Loona got adopted by Blitz.
Yeah at least that may have given clarification on Via's feelings about Stella considering we've still never seen them really interact.
This episode genuinely cry. Which is rare in shows, because i can never feel for the characters, but this one... So nice to see a relatable episode. And definitely love the stolitz. Love this reaction aswell, all the love to you and vizzepop.
i like how whenever Moxxie yells triumphantly or desperately you can hear a little bit of Zim in it
Every time I hear the “why does he hate her more than he loves me” line I start bawling 😭 because same…
Loona and Octavia...Sisters talk!
Loona is 22 now, but she was about to turn 18 when Blitzo adopted her.
Prolly around 17 1/2 :)
@@genetlair5999 Nope, the episode literally says she's one month away from "aging out", so she was literally brinking on 18 xD
Loona did mention Blitzø adopted her when she was almost 18 in the Verosika ep…..and now we know why
I love how Stolas wears the sunglasses on his forehead like a second pair of eyes
The animation quality is stunning
6:31 that's a wink to the pilot ( the paper of diet on Moxie's desk)
This episode made me cry after. So basically my dad left me when I was seven. so I have a stepdad his name is Travis and after that speech that Luna gave talk octavia I just started crying because then I realized that my stepdad was trying his best I just thought that I hated me I felt that for my entire knowing him thank you for making me realize that he is not as bad as I thought
DID NOBODY ELSE NOTICE THAT BRENNON RAGERS IS DEAD AT THE BEGINNING---
good to be Back with Episode 2 of Season 2 of HELLUVA BOSS Not only does this give me the laughs But also gives me the feels
The orphanage owner said "she will be out of our pound in a MONTH", meaning she confirmed what Loona said to Blitz on the beach.
from a few things i've seen since Helluva Boss started its says Loona is 22 as of the start of the series
The producer getting burned from the bottled water is that the water is 98% acid
While it’s a minor part of the episode, moxie with his fan art is basically me.
It was a minor detail but in one of the beginning episodes Luna actually mentioned that she was 17-18-something when Blitzo adopted her. I think it was the succubus episode.
15:01 reminds me of darla-dimple the way her bow turns into demon horns
It reminds me of Vaggie from Hazbin :)
You mean *Via not "Thea". Her full name is Octavia. I didn't understand who you meant until I read the whole sentence.
Awwwwwww that’s so sweet that these episodes make u wanna hug your dad I think that’s so sweet
4:10 1 2 3 4 is the best Blitz can come up with?
That’s the kind an idiot would put on his luggage!
We need a full video of, " Till the Day We Die."
No questions this is the most wholesome episode.
The whole scene with Loona and Octavia is not only so sweet but so aesthetic like I screen capped several frames cause I want to recreate it in a drawing ❤
“is she… lea michele?” ZAMBER PLEASE 😭
I think the Millie and Moxxie subplot was Viziepop judging anyone not buying their merch!
So is there nobody else gonna talk about the fact that Octavia basically killed Brandon Rogers the first time she gets to Hollywood 4:45
I honestly think this is my favorite episode yet. I tear up every time I see Blitz adopting Loona and Loona and Octavia bonding
During the scene where Octavia fell into LA: She fell onto Brannan Ragers, killing him while Blitzo took his place
I think Something bad happened when Blitz last performed before this episode that scarred him considering the “i haven’t performed since” line that Stolas cut off.
I love this episode because it doesn't rely overly on sexual jokes
Anyone notice the dead guy tia walked over was one the cherubs tried to save
It's not, he had already died in CHERUB
Man this show deserves a emmy a Oscar any award such a good freaking show also that influencer joke omg idk who the like mom and kid were supposed to reference to but the one influencer reference omg as the Ashley's would say from recess SCANDALOUS!!!!! lol
the reason the guy suddenly started screaming in pain when stolas threw the water at him is a bit hard to catch. when they arrived in LA a poster in the background said that the water there is basically 98% acid
