    You’re such a master of creative, funky & innovative vinyasa flows Kaylie! Always love the different ways you transition from one asana to another, love the challenges to the body & mind as it literally keeps me on my toes. This flow was particularly interesting as it slowly builds with the funky stretches & then into the actual stronger asanas. Thank you as always….your longer flows are always the best 💜💞👱🏻‍♀️🍑💋🥰🌸👌🏻💪🏻✨🙏🏻

    I'm glad I could try such a challenging exercise! I've been practicing yoga for 10 years, but I still felt like my whole body was being trained in this exercise, and it challenged my balance and leg strength very well! Some of the poses I couldn't even stand on one foot! Love your voice and the slow but intense workout! Thank you!

    I appreciated this class very much ! I’m sure the hour long classes are much more of your own time. I personally find those beneficial to stretching, building strength and rest. I’d enjoy to see some handstand building practices in the future
    Thank you!

    Wonderful practice, these longer classes are so beneficial in every way. Challenging & calming and really appreciate the idea to use “movement as a tool” while holding poses. Thank you as always Kaylie🙏🥰

    Such a beautiful flow, and quite challenging through the transitons from one balance pose to another. As you very well said, it will get into one’s subconscious so i look forward to doing better next time. Thank you again. From the little island of Sao Tome.

    Quite challenging not only because of the positions but because of the rythm of this flow makes me really turn inside and focus on my breath. Thank you so much

    This flow felt different, slower, yet challenging. I got lost when we turned to the back of the mat. But it felt really good to be able to do pistol squat with the right leg extended and no hands. Also the side crow, entering from a different way than I was used to. Overall I enjoyed it, although I didn’t do everything as you did, getting lost as I said haha. Thank you as always🙏🏻❤️. Love your style!

    I really like your flows. But it is quite hard to do the first part of the flow facing the back of the mat, not being able to see anything that is going on. You often have to turn around, having to go out of the asana.

    • @theglowmethod
      @theglowmethod  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, like I said at the beginning of class, this practice is for a more intermediate / advanced yogi, so as long as you know the names of the poses you should be able to flow without looking. Also, it’s an easy fix to pause the video and try to reposition your mat to see the screen easier from more angles.

    • @TheGuineaCat
      @TheGuineaCat ปีที่แล้ว

      i have a mirror that hangs over my closet door and i just move it so it reflects the computer screen when i face the back of the mat lol

    • @pamelalee5075
      @pamelalee5075 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't have to face the back of the mat. You can do the practice facing the front instead.
