It's t lymphocytes that aggregate around Central artery right?

Where the lymphoid follicle (Malpighian body) is formed around the central artery in the white pulp of spleen, there B-Lymphocytes are present predominantly..
Rest of the white pulp around the artery (lymphatic sheath) is composed of T-Lymphocytes.
