It's given in bdc lining epithelium of thyroid follicle is columnar in active phase and cuboidal in resting phase contrary to what you told in video.

The follicular cells become flattened when the follicle is in inactive or resting phase.. as the follicle is filled with colloid fully..
When the follicle enters into active phase the height of follicular cells starts increasing to cuboidal nd finally columnar..
Plz refer the histology text books when u study histology dear 😊
