@@chaichanatongjan6048 Thank God I got ride of them without the need of any kind of surgery Here is what u need to do : go to ur dr first he will give u few medicines to kill the pain After that u need to stop coffee spicy food and if u can stop the fast food too Drink much water specially in the morning on empty stomach its preferred to be warm water eat Vegetables especially fruits and on the top of them bananas and the most important thing is u need to go to toilet everyday dont keep it inside u for a long time because its the main reason of hemorrhoids I hope it gonna work with u like it did with me may God cure u my friend 🙏
@@benjaminabsuelo5698 yes there is a medicine but follow those advices you will get rid of it like I did : 1 : eat fresh banana 2 : go to the toilet everyday 3 : try to avoid coffee and soda ( I stopped drinking them since a year ) at least until you feel better 4 : go to the toilet everyday ( I repeated this advice cause its the magic key to get rid of it ) Good luck
IF YOU ARE PRE-OP PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAKE!! I was scheduled to have this done and I was terrified. I googled like I never googled before and I came across laser hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP). My doctor never told me about this new laser technology as an option because they don't offer it (Cleveland Clinic). I chose a place in Florida and had my surgery on 3/2/23. No pain! No open wound! No risk of nerve damage! It is a minimally invasive procedure so there was next to no recovery time! I told myself I would spread the word if it went well and so here I am. @@kranch173 I had laser surgery, recovery time is much better and faster but trust me the pain is still godlike , First 5 days are hardest , painkillers won't really help Always have a warm bath after bowel movement and just mentally preparre

The pain during this 2-3 weeks however was still more than I expected and the pain medicine did little or nothing to control it. The only thing that helped was a HOT bath right after a movement. Even still I am still not convinced it was worth it
Really frustrating when I have a good diet, drink plenty and am not straining or constipated. I would undergo surgery given the option. I feel I’ve no choice. As soon as it seems to get better then it gets worse again. I really feel for anyone who is or has suffered this debilitating condition. 😢

You can have commercial insurance in the USA, but what I know from friends who live in the USA, the insurance company will not reimburse you for what is not stated in the insurance policy, and sometimes it is a problem to pay even what is stated in the policy. We pay approx. 5% of the salary as health insurance, other percentages are paid by the employer. And at the doctor's you get about 95% of things for free, you only pay for part of the medicine and dental procedures. For medicines, if the alternative is free, you can get this alternative from another manufacturer.

The pain was beyond what I can tolerate. since people do not die from this surgery, I was asked to wait out till I recover. And no intervention was thought necessary to help me out with the pain. It took me 40 days to recover and start acting like a human again. Two years after the surgery I would say I was a success. I think the body is hardwired to forget about major traumas. I can’t even comprehend how much in agony i was when woke up in the recovery room.

I had this done in 2016 and they used small tubular device that clamped onto the pile. Then they use electricity to burn the pile out. It comes out inside the device. I was in hospital for two days. I was given Pethidine for the pain. I was given a ten day supply of laxatives, antibiotics and a week supply of Tramadol. I did not need all of the Tramadol and was walking around town after about three days. They have just returned so I'll have to have the procedure again this year. They did not use sutures because feces can get trapped in the wound and would be prone to infection.
Had this done yesterday. Dual hemorrhoidectomy. They told me the position was called the "Superman position". The surgery it sells okay, and believe it or not the butthole is uncomfortable but okay. However, my number one side effect was not being able to pee. So they put a catheter in and that hurt almost more. As long as you stay on top of your pain meds, whether it's opiates or over-the-counter, it does take the edge off. Haven't pooped yet but I'm a carnivore so I should have no problem pooping. Plus I only poop once every day or two. But yeah, the "Superman position". I forgot to take off my underwear before I put on the paper smock, and the last thing I remember was being wheeled into the OR, reminding them to take off my underwear and then all the sudden I was in recovery. Literally like this: "Ooh, an oxygen mask? Don't forget to...tak...." Then I woke up, "That's it? You guys are done?" Not to say it doesn't hurt, but it was funny how I woke up. However as I mentioned the catheter that's in me is much more painful at this point. I'm going to watch Panderverse. Bye!
I'm definitely doing carnivore after having this done, idc what they say I know for a fact greasy bacon, eggs, and steak will make softer smaller stool than fiber and vegetables and whatnot. Contrary to what we've been told meat liquefies and absorbes in the intestines far quicker than veggies. They'll never tell ya this though. After fasting and having small meat meals I'm doing much better day five.
Ice baths after warm sitz baths can shrink the hemorrhoids. Then you’re going to have to live on slippery elm. Slippery elm prevents the hemorrhoids from growing. Ice baths shrink them in size. Slippery elm also makes it that poop doesn’t cause the hemorrhoids to bleed because they coat the stool in mucilage. Buy slippery elm and take it before and after your meal. Do sitz baths with sea salt or baking soda at least once per day. Time your meal, develop a schedule for bowel movement so you can shower afterwards. Do not eat rice or anything that hardens stool or will cause you to push too hard. Drink enough fluids between meals, not during the meals. CHEW YOUR FOOD completely out. Do kegel exercises and rebound or walk up a hill. Pray and train your mind to beat this. I’m not doing this surgery unless I’m hospitalized

I had the internal and external and now I’m back to normal 🫡. It took some time for me and I’ve not been constipated or had diarrhea. I truly believe my super food while on slippery elm was cooked potatoes and cooked plantains. Now I’m in tears grateful that I don’t shoot out blood from down there. I still use flushable wipes down moisturize now and then with CASTOR OIL. All in all I thank god for my patience and for Barbara O’Neil. I wish you all the best on your journey. Also no milk or cheese for me. Meat has no fibre so I just roll with fish and the occasional chicken once every quarter. Trust your body. The worst thing after surgery is motion,and this surgery pain is worst that the c-section delivery also, because even you to for laser treatment, there are stitches which cause worst n worst pain

If you can get some good pain meds from your doc id do it if I were you but If they are going to bs you with 800 mg ibuprofen then to hell with doing it. I think that’s the main reason why recovery was bad for me, they weren’t try to give me something strong enough to ease the pain so If you do decide to do it make sure you look him/her and the eyes and speak up about meds before and after the surgery and you’ll be okay.

I had this done 2 days ago. I was just discharged today on hospital. The surgery was fast,, after this I experienced hard to pee. The pain in my pelvic was realy made me cry. I've had this procedure done. What you're experiencing is perfectly normal after. I know it's very frustrating and extremely painful. I'll give you a tip that help me, drink plenty of water to the point where your bladder feels like it wants to explode eventually you will be outble to pee. My proctologist calls it an anal fissure. A tear in your anus. Usually comes from large hard stools and hard wiping after a BM. I have a chronic one and no longer use toilet tissue. Damp baby wipes (very easy wipe) followed by bidet and sitz bath. It helps.

Hemorrhoids is a blood clot. Apple has rutin. Rutin is a blood thinner. I ate apple first thing in the morning with an empty stomach, because that’s when it’s best absorb. I ate apple everyday and within 4 days my haemorrhoid shrunk. This is because rutin thins the blood clot. No surgery needed.
Don’t do it , I did it twice and it keep coming . It’s so painful afterwards. Just treat it home . Eat healthy a lot fiber and water and hot bath . My problem is I workout and lift weights but I won’t give up on my dream for that I’m still working out after years and I’m dealing with it .

I was scheduled to have this done and I was terrified. I googled like I never googled before and I came across laser hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP). The pain during this 2-3 weeks however was still more than I expected and the pain medicine did little or nothing to control it. The only thing that helped was a HOT bath right after a movement. It was imperative that I had them removed so I had it done. Both dectomy and Percy. The pain was beyond what I can tolerate. since people do not die from this surgery, I was asked to wait out till I recover. And no intervention was thought necessary to help me out with the pain. It took me 40 days to recover and start acting like a human again. Two years after the surgery I would say I was a success. I think the body is hardwired to forget about major traumas. I can’t even comprehend how much in agony i was when woke up in the recovery room.

I had this done in 2016 and they used small tubular device that clamped onto the pile. Then they use electricity to burn the pile out. It comes out inside the device. I was in hospital for two days. I was given Pethidine for the pain. I was given a ten day supply of laxatives, antibiotics and a week supply of Tramadol. I did not need all of the Tramadol and was walking around town after about three days. They have just returned so I'll have to have the procedure again this year. They did not use sutures because feces can get trapped in the wound and would be prone to infection.
I am also done operation inside hemorrhoids in 2016 this year 2023 august they come back i am feeling and teilbone pain

Had this done yesterday. Dual hemorrhoidectomy. They told me the position was called the "Superman position". The surgery it sells okay, and believe it or not the butthole is uncomfortable but okay. However, my number one side effect was not being able to pee. So they put a catheter in and that hurt almost more. As long as you stay on top of your pain meds, whether it's opiates or over-the-counter, it does take the edge off. Haven't pooped yet but I'm a carnivore so I should have no problem pooping. Plus I only poop once every day or two. But yeah, the "Superman position". I forgot to take off my underwear before I put on the paper smock, and the last thing I remember was being wheeled into the OR, reminding them to take off my underwear and then all the sudden I was in recovery. Literally like this: "Ooh, an oxygen mask? Don't forget to...tak...." Then I woke up, "That's it? You guys are done?" Not to say it doesn't hurt, but it was funny how I woke up. However as I mentioned the catheter that's in me is much more painful at this point. I'm going to watch Panderverse. Bye!
I'm definitely doing carnivore after having this done, idc what they say I know for a fact greasy bacon, eggs, and steak will make softer smaller stool than fiber and vegetables and whatnot. Contrary to what we've been told meat liquefies and absorbes in the intestines far quicker than veggies. They'll never tell ya this though. After fasting and having small meat meals I'm doing much better day five.
Ice baths after warm sitz baths can shrink the hemorrhoids. Then you’re going to have to live on slippery elm. Slippery elm prevents the hemorrhoids from growing. Ice baths shrink them in size. Slippery elm also makes it that poop doesn’t cause the hemorrhoids to bleed because they coat the stool in mucilage. Buy slippery elm and take it before and after your meal. Do sitz baths with sea salt or baking soda at least once per day. Time your meal, develop a schedule for bowel movement so you can shower afterwards. Do not eat rice or anything that hardens stool or will cause you to push too hard. Drink enough fluids between meals, not during the meals. CHEW YOUR FOOD completely out. Do kegel exercises and rebound or walk up a hill. Pray and train your mind to beat this. I’m not doing this surgery unless I’m hospitalized

If you can get some good pain meds from your doc id do it if I were you but If they are going to bs you with 800 mg ibuprofen then to hell with doing it. I think that’s the main reason why recovery was bad for me, they weren’t try to give me something strong enough to ease the pain so If you do decide to do it make sure you look him/her and the eyes and speak up about meds before and after the surgery and you’ll be okay.

damn this can get much worse than I thought... I started having hemorrhoid due to constant diarrhea and constipation.... Although I was able to change my eating habits in time and my diarrhea and constipation cleared up as well as the hemorrhoid.. After seeing this I;m so glad it did...

I've had this procedure done. What you're experiencing is perfectly normal after. I know it's very frustrating and extremely painful. I'll give you a tip that help me, drink plenty of water to the point where your bladder feels like it wants to explode eventually you will be outble to pee. Everything will start getting better and easier after 10 days. My diet for 10 days did consist of just soup and vegetables. Hope this helps.
