I think groups like this contributed almost as much to the civil rights movement as the brave marchers did. The Ronettes did it with class!!!! The Ronettes of course is one of my favorite groups from the 60s her voice, the group is timeless…. I saw The Ronettes twice back in the early and middle 60's. Their other big songs were "Walking In The Rain", "Baby I Love You" and (The Best Part Of) Breakin' Up". Trust me, they were big favorites with the guys back then with their tight skirts, tight sweaters and beehive hairdo's.
No twerking, no nudity, no cussing. Pure talent and class.
