- We headed to GReddy USA headquarters to take a closer look at Sakamoto's latest creation, the "RX", a collaboration between @GARAGE-ACTIVE and GReddy Performance Products. We spoke to @GReddyUSA President, Kenji, about how the car came about and plans for it to be developed and raced in the USA. The car is simply incredible to look at.

I cannot wait to see this car at GTR Festival USA! I just started work on my R33 GTST to get it ready for the 12 hour drive. Nothing too crazy. Just suspension, complete paint job, brakes, and clutch. HP mods will have to come later. Don’t want to get too deep in the project and miss the festival. Excited to get it done and to meet some of the Motive/PRP team. You guys have been a huge inspiration and your videos have been a huge help since I became a skyline owner years ago. Cheers

RB26 + T88SPL is still one of the best sounding engines
Still the best looking GTR period, especially the original blue Carbon R, holy shit!!!! It just needs an Aussie RB32 to really be a force to be reckoned with haha! Greddy is dope but is eons behind what you guys are doing down under but I appreciate the collabo, the feature and his humility in recognising the totem pole here. I can't wait for the Aussie GTRs to show America what the GTR is really capable of.
I been following Greddy's GTR since day 1 and Garage Active's GTR when they was doing it. I seen both them at Sema and watched them on Larry Chen's videos😎.

@@em2attic It is a phenomenal machine, but it will strugle for grip at a straight line. It's a drift monster, but on a traffic light pull it will be sliding like hell.

@@VincentViolence You do realize its chambered like that due to how low it is? It has nothing to do with clearance due to the body it. Suspension geometry much?
@@SimplySteel It's cambered like that so the wheels fit, they could run a smaller wheel and have it sit flat, it's not limited because of the suspension geometry.
For the longest time i assumed greddy was jdm. Would be interesting to have sema set up a tertiary category something like #RUNS and any car from any category could qualify as long as it passes a few tests to prove it runs and drives.
Trust - Japan market, Greddy - USA market = same company.

Yeah it's cool but in the real world it would be useless. Intercooler exposed to be pierced. A crunch in a parking lot by a pensioner making you wait ages for custom bumpers and fenders. A 33 year old Nissan become a Disneyland toy of the ultra wealthy.

I know I can shift with my left hand but my God that feels Weird being in the passenger seat.. I know I can do it but my right hand and left foot move together so well already, I wouldn't want it any other way..
