    Have you ever made a slipcover?

      Yes, I have but for a lounge chair. However, I have a small 4 wheel drive RV that I need to make a slipcover for and it is a jack knife type RV sofa. So this is a good place to start. You gave me many helpful tips.

      I did. Really a fitted sheet. Just like you did with the cushions add elastic to the bottom.

    How did you do the bottom? It looks different in the before and after. Also, the tutorial is a good one and I can't wait to try it out!

    I made a fitted sheet like a baby crib one. I saw one where a woman used piping. There is a Pinterest tutorial.

    how many yards of fabric did you purchase for this cover? I want to cover our jack knife sofa this same way, but have no idea how much fabric I need.

    • @thediymommy
      @thediymommy  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It really depends on your sofa size and fabric width, but I used about 6 yards for this one.
