Very nicely done; and I like that you made this video after realizing you couldn't find any others on the subject :) I'd also like to see a tour of the outside of the camper
This is fantastic. I’m doing my caravan and my next job is the seats. I was dreading using a sewing method as I’ve never re-upholstered before and thanks to your brilliant video I don’t have too. You wouldn’t believe how long I’ve been putting this off! Many thanks.
Thank you! So glad the video can help 💞
Thank u for the help will be doing this to my cushions
Looks wonderful 👍 lovely job xx
Thank you for watching this video!! We hope it inspires you to do your own project. For fabric measurement details see the description above. Have a great day!!
Great job on the cushions
Thank you!!
How many yards of fabric did you end up getting?
Love it
This is genius. Thank you!
Thank you so much!!
Ty. I don't sew so this helps 👍
I'm so glad it's able to help you!
❤️
Thank you for this video. I will do this for my camper van. Isn't there any risk the cushion might rot because of humidity against the wood?
Glad this video was able to help you! I think the chance of rotting is slim, unless you had a significant water leak right behind the cushions. We are parked under a lean-to for shelter from the rain. And in Tennessee there is high humidity so we run a dehumidifier which I highly recommend!!
@@thesimplesettlers Thank you for your reply. I guess the best way is just to check the cushion regularly. Also I think using untreated wood is best as it absorbs humidity better and I can drill some holes in the wood additionally. Have a great day and nice moments while camping. 😀🙏
Thank you so much, happy trails to you too! 🙂
Just a quick question, do you ever have an issue? With humidity and moisture causing molding in the corners at all.
No, we have an air doctor that filters out mold and dust. And the corners should be facing downward so no food crumbs or spills get inside. :)
What size of plywood did u use?
It depends on the size of your cushions 😊
If you're meaning thickness, it looks like 1/4" inch
