Ratchets death was the best scene in Age of Extinction, even though it was the saddest. I love how he didn't start shooting the humans until he had to defend himself from dying.
and seeing Prime get absolutely LIVID at his death hurts. Like it's rare to see Optimus lose his cool like that, so when he does just RUN run for the hills and don't stop lol. It was just a nice change of pace to see Prime so emotional in this film, which in part is why I like this and ROTB so much. It's INTERESTING to see PRIME act out emotionally. He's not a deity, he's just a Cybertronian, who happened to be chosen to do great things. And that can be a BURDEN on anyone. Nevermind the fact that he's millions of years old and in a war with no end in sight. I'd snap too.
Dark of the moon will always be my favorite, I just remember as a kid watching that in theaters and being just blown away with it, and it just brings me so much joy watching it back as an adult
I will always stand by Transformers 2007 as the best TF film. It's the movie that inspired me to pursue digital media in college and as a career. It's CGI still holds up to this day and is a prime standard for what CGI should look in a film.

@kevin maroney I've already watched it twice and watched bumblebee again as I only had seen that once and rise of the beasts has a much more exciting final battle and all the new characters are great editions, villain is great, the only thing that made bumblebee good was bumblebee and hailee steinfeld, everything else in that movie could have been better I tgink even tho I still rate the movie highly and its in my top 3, rise of the beasts is better just because of the final act and mirage is a great addition, the human characters are good aswell and it feels the most like a transformers movie than any other transformers movie. The visuals are really the best in my opinion aswell, the music is so good aswell, the 90s hip hop, then when bumblebee was fighting at the end it was so badass
@@Dyl315 The human characters are definitely this movies weakest point. Elena is reduced to being nothing but a human GPS. Noah's character development is too on the nose and the movie kinda wants you to care about him real quick so we can move on to involving the transformers. Also he gives an illogical reason for getting involved with Transformers activity, especially after seeing what Scourge can do. The Villain is also not great in that he's essentially an errand boy, also why the hell did he keep on sending the spiders insted of him getting it done? And for a movie with world eating villain, it didnt really evoke a sense of danger, at least not on the level that Bays movies did. The final battle in ROTB is pretty good but Bays Transformers 1 and 3 are better. The way those movies have the fight happen right in the middle of a bustling city, inherently makes humans a bit more involved in the action in an interesting way. Just seeing a bunch of giant robots falling and fighting around humans and destroying architecture increases the stakes and makes the audience fear more for the innocent people around the action. ROTB's battle was too isolated which made it still fun but not as deadly. As for visuals, there's a reason why cg artists revere Michael Bay they way they do, the man knows how to skillfully mix Cg with a lot of practical effects, which makes his movies feel very organic. ROTB however does have good enough cgi for a modern movie, nothing really special, and nothing bad either.
Same thoughts on DOTM 3rd Act. My favourite as a kid, still Holds up today. Such an unbelievable action spectacle with high stakes and very memorable moments.
Love all of them in their own way. Dark of the Moon is my favorite despite not liking a few decisions made. The last hour of the movie is one of my favorite endings to a movie and i can ignore what happens early on(Like No Way Home in a way). The final fight where Megatron says “Where would you be without me?” and Optimus says “Time to find out” and kicks Megatons butt makes me wanna run through brick walls. I enjoyed Rise of the Beasts but it gave me a sour taste in my mouth with the ending trying to get Noah a speech similar to Optimus’s. I believe no character in any cinematic universe can compete with the speeches Optimus gives and while i did enjoy the Noah Character, I do not enjoy him getting an Optimus speech at the end.
1. Transformers ‘86 2. Transformers ‘07 3. Bumblebee 4. Rise of the Beasts 5. Dark of the Moon 6. Revenge of the Fallen 7. Age of Extinction 8. The Last Knight
good list last knight is terrible, but so is revenge of the fallen i need too maybe rewatch age of extinction cause i thought that one was kinda good when i was little lol
This list is very on par with mine for the most part. I thought DotM was better than RotB and AoE was the worst to me, but I can’t really say much to that because I still haven’t seen TLK. But I’m gonna take you guys’ word for it about it being bad lol.
1. Bumblebee 2. Rise of the Beasts 3. Transformers (2007) 4. Dark of the Moon 5. The Transformers: The Movie 6. Revenge of the Fallen 7. The Last Knight* 8. Age of Extinction *Honestly, this one was so bonkers it bumped itself up on my list.
I swear I'm probably the only TF fan who LIKES Age of Extinction. Sure the whole RELATIONSHIP thing with Tessa and Lucky Charms was just WEIRD but other than THAT I liked it. Cade and Optimus had a legit bond, and I like the conversations that they had with each other, and you can understand why Optimus would break his vow of never killing humans FOR Cade because of everything they went through together. Not to mention I actually liked seeing Prime lose his cool every once in a while, it makes sense per the plot. I know a lot of people have their issues with it, but again to me it makes sense. Everyone has their limits. Even Prime. And the score is one of the best in the series. They need to bring Jablonsky back.
Honestly all transformers movies were good. I loved them all. I’ve been in love with transformers since my dad showing me everything transformers(beast war, the original tv show, the first movie the animated one, and the live action ones) and I’ve got to say I love it all. Wither it’s good or bad it’s still transformer’s and I still love it. He needed to rate transformers the movie to number 1. I don’t care it’s the best one.
@@Cloningmaster55but Sean is literally hating and trashing in it. Sure you can rank movies. But not in this way He gives more of a vibe that he really doesn't like the Transformer movies
I saw 'Bumblebee' years ago with my friends without any prior knowledge of 'Transformers,' but I enjoyed it because of the story and I related with Hailee Steinfeld's character in the film.
8. The last knight 7. Age of Extinction 6. Revenge of the fallen 5. Transformers dark side of the moon 4. Transformers 3. Bumblebee 2. Transformers rise of the beast 1. 1986 transformers movie
With the current strike going on, a friend of mine said, "Pfft! It's just a writer's strike. How bad could it be?" I said, "How bad? Let me tell you a story called Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."
1986 animated film is the best and I'm not even looking at it through a nostalgia lense. It has the best writing, plot progression, villain and the most memorable moments of any of the films.
@@kingslayerx1716 I am 40. Haha. It's not even a hard choice though. I get some enjoyment out of the Transformers live action flicks, but they're objectively fucking awful. Haha.

What’s so bad about Revenge of the Fallen compared to the rest? The story was just as bad as the others but the characters and environments were way more interesting.
For me, the takedown of Shockwave was awesome and epic. However, it would have felt better if he was introduced much earlier not just in that film. Shockwave should have been the one taking out the military base at the start of the first movie. Also, Barricade should've been Soundwave. 🤗
I was reluctant af when I was forced to watch Bumblebee but it was a breath of fresh air. It was so good that the fact that Hailee Steinfeld didn't return for Rise of the Beasts makes me not want to watch it. I would've liked for it to be a direct sequel
@jdmarsh91 That's just it. I'm a very CASUAL, superficial fan of transformers. I only saw the first 3 Bayformers and Bumblebee and played a PS2 game back in the day. Idk anything else lol. Oh and I'm gonna play as Optimus in Fornite soon if that counts for something hahaha
@@themarvelanddcmarshlands I would like to know if prior knowledge would’ve made my experience better. ROTB was my first transformers movie and I was bored out of my god damn mind throughout this whole movie. @@o-o0-043 Probably not. This is the 7th live action Transformers movie, but it looks like only Bumblebee will actually matter to this movie. That film is enjoyable, but really only focuses on Bumblebee. The 5 Michael Bay films are varying degrees of entertainment, but mostly do a decent enough job of setting up the ideas of the Autobots and Decepticons, but still go over the top far too often

Not going to lie, I got up to get a drink, so at one point was only half paying attention. But *"a straight-formers trans-forward plot"* made my neck snap back to the TV in disbelief😂
'86 will always be my favorite TF. It was my first theatrical experience at 4yrs old. There's too much nostalgia attached for me to be unbiased. It's a violent dream to withold. Plus, the soundtrack is simply awesome. I'm still traumatized by Prime's death scene to this day 😅 Can't wait to see what they do with it's 40th anniversary in a few more years.
With this ranking if i was Sean i would have ranked 1986 above The Last Knight at the Very LEAST but on my Transformers movie ranking it would go a bit like this with multiple things at number 1 1.) 1986 Transformers the Movie 1.) Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Predacons Rising 1.) Transformers Rise of the Beasts 1.) Transformers Bumblebee 1.) Transformers 2007 1.) Transformers Dark of the moon A massive Void 2.)Transformers Revenge of the Fallen 3.) Transformers Age of Extinction 4.) Transformers Prime Beast hunters Predacons rinsing 1.) Spider-Man Across the Spiderverse 1.) Spider-Man Into the Spiderverse 1.) Toy Story 1 1.) Cars
For me it’d go: 8. Transformers: The Last Knight 4/10 7. Transformers: Age of Extinction 4/10 6. Transformers: The Movie 5.5/10 (not that big of a fan of it, much as I love animation, plus I’ve never seen the OG cartoon nor did I grow up in the 80’s) 5. Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen 6/10 4. Transformers: Rise of The Beasts 7/10 3. Transformers: Dark of The Moon 7/10 (massive guilty pleasure) 2. Transformers 2007 7.5/10 1. Bumblebee 7.5/10 Not important, but Linkin Park is my favorite band and hearing their songs in the first three movies as a kid introduced me to them. I owe Michael Bay and the Transformers for that 😂
Transformers Rise of the beasts was really not a huge spectacle, but man did they deliver a good intro to the movie’s plot! The movie itself felt like it really stayed true to its source of characters and made them more alive, than these awesome killing machines. Optimus Prime (Bay) was amazingly cool, but this Optimus from the Beast movie really felt more sympathetic. It was refreshing. Oh, the idea that he actually got angry enough to show how close he could become to what he is in the Bayverse, by threatening those who harm those he cares about. It gave me some goosebumps. Rise of the beast is definitely a top one for me, since I also enjoyed the action. But I’m still unsure about the GI Joe stuff.
8: Transformers 1986 7: Transformers: Dark Of The Moon 6: Bumblebee 5: Transformers: The Last Knight 4: Transformers: Age Of Extinction 3: Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen 2: Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts 1: Transformers
I really appreciated this tier list. I loved the 2007 transformers movie. I think of it fondly and I still routinely listen to the soundtrack while studying. I was disappointed going into the later films. I was confused about the plot line, and I am so glad to hear that it wasn't just me. I gave up on the movies along the way, but I think I might give one of your higher ranked movies that I haven't seen a try. I think they could've done a great job with the series. I liked the added detail of the writers strike, I hope that's a lesson for movie creators moving forward. It might be a lost of money, but sometimes, I think that's worth it to create a movie everyone involved can be proud of
Your point about the original Transformers Movie from 1986 is valid. It's dependent on your previous knowledge of the show. But as a movie on its own, it follows a three act structure. So as a movie, it doesn't fail or seem faulty.
I was 7 when TF1 (bayverse) came out so I grew up with these movies and loved them. My top 3 in order are dark of the moon(1), TF1, and revenge of the fallen (2). I was blown away by TF1 the when my dad rented it on Redbox and I was so hyped when I saw the trailer for TF2. Once I saw it in theaters I begged my dad to go watch it again LOL. And then TF3 came out and I would watch the battle part of the movie almost every night for a while. People hate on these movies and I know they’re flawed but I love them

Dark of the Moon 6. Revenge of the Fallen 7. The Last Knight I don't like to rank the animated movie because I consider it more of it's own thing, but I might like ROTB a liiiitttle bit more.
I completely agree with this all but since I had a great theater and time experience with age of extinction it’s switched with the last knight for me but I totally get where you’re coming from on it 100%
Honestly my sorta controversial list is 1. Rise of the beasts 2. Age of extinction 3. Transformers 1 4. Dark of the moon (just barely above Bumblebee) 5. Bumblebee 6. 1986 7. The last knight 8. Revenge of the fallen
I stand by this statement the fight scene in the forest in revenge of the fallen is a fantastic fight scene and amazingly directed. And the best fight scene in any transformer movie. Optimus prime wanted all the smoke!
Ive never found Age of Extinction to be as bad as people say, and its probably in the better half of the films for me. Bumblebee is slow and really the only good parts are at the beginning, still a good movie but I feel like its overrated.
Agreed I think the Bumblebee movie is the weakest of the bunch but it makes sense it is a small budget film that doesn’t have the large scale battles the other ones are iconic for
I can definitely understand why you say it’s overrated; because it kind of is lol. It’s in my top 3 of the TF films and I can even acknowledge that. It’s just that Bumblebee was the first of the movies to actually focus on storytelling and characters instead of just the big spectacle action scenes lol. Which was why I believe it was the first and still only live action TF movie to have both a fresh Critic and Audience rating on rotten tomatoes. And even then it’s not like those aspects of it were THAT good. It was just better than the other ones prior in that regard. Not to mention 1.) the transformers finally looked just like their original looks and 2.) that opening scene, to me, is the best scene out of anything in the entire series. That just goes to show how much the rest of the series prior was lacking.
Here’s my ranking #1: Dark of the Moon #2: Rise of the Beasts (don’t care what anyone says, I had a blast with this) #3: Bumblebee #4: Transformers 2008 #5: The Last Knight (Nemesis Prime & that scene where Optimus takes the ugly bug looking bot out carry this higher than the bottom 2) #6: Revenge of the Fallen #7: Age of Extinction (basically TLK without Nemesis Prime or the badass scene) Haven’t seen the animated one, though there is a Transformers Prime movie called Predacons Rising (which should’ve been called Galvatrons revenge in my opinion), it would rank probably between Bumblebee and 2007 Transformers but that’s just me

I didn't even finish it because i thought the characters were boring too. I want my transformers movies to feel epic and not like ET. If you hate me that's fine. It's just my opinion. 8. The Transformers: The Movie-Because I don’t have any nostalgia for this era of Transformers, I found this movie very tough to watch when I watched it for the first time a couple days ago 7. Transformers: Age of Extinction-A tedious, overblown addition to this franchise that combines all of Michael Bay’s worst elements with an exhausting runtime, which makes for a very bad movie 6. Transformers: The Last Knight-Despite having some so bad it’s good value in here, this movie’s still a convoluted mess that feels like it has enough plot for ten different Transformers films 5. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen-Because I like the characters in this movie more than the characters in my bottom two, this one is at #5, but this is still a very obnoxious film that suffered heavily from the writers strike that was going on at the time 4. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts-An enjoyable enough entry to this franchise that didn’t make the mistake of the films below it, but also didn’t fully have the positives of the movies above it 3. Transformers: Dark of the Moon-It has a bunch of the problems of the other Michael Bay Transformers sequels, but it absolutely delivers a bunch of very exciting Transformers action 2. Transformers-A solid, enjoyable blockbuster that has very good action while also having a nice core with the relationship between Sam and Bumblebee 1. Bumblebee-Even though I wouldn’t say that this is a fantastic film, it’s a very enjoyable film that doesn’t rely on juvenile humor and overblown action, which makes for a solid movie with a good bit of heart and emotion
Just wanted to understand -why it was tough to watch the 1986 movie. The animation is great unless you don't like traditional animation. The action sequences are better than most of the loud big explosions of the Bay movies. Love the soundtrack, but maybe not something for the modern audience. Just curious.
@@brianng8350 It’s a 37 year old animated film that I watched for the first time less than five days ago. And I don’t have any actual nostalgia for the Transformers IP. EDIT: I have seen Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, so here’s my updated ranking of all the Transformers Movies: 8. Transformers 5: The Last Knight (2017) Yeah, I think this might be the worst Transformers movie. I do think that this movie had some good ideas such as Optimus Prime turning evil and fighting Bumblebee, Izabella and her backstory, and seeing the return of several characters such as Colonel William Lennox and General Glenn Morshower. However, all these ideas weren’t executed pretty well. I mean, Izabella is set up to be a big character but disappears for like a full hour along with a good amount of the Autobots. Lennox and Morshower were basically shadowed versions of their former selves, and they didn’t even feel like the Lennox and Morshower that I know. On top of all that, Optimus was barely in this movie, and the fight between Nemesis Prime and Bumblebee only lasted 90 seconds, 60 of which was in the Trailers. Add in the consistent changing aspect ratios and poor editing, this movie is a mess. The only good things I found in this movie were Cade Yeager being better written than AOE and the decent score by Steve Jablonsky, who killed it in all of the Micheal Bay Transformers movies. Overall, I find this film somewhat enjoyable but left a lot to be deserved. 7. Transformers 4: Age of Extinction (2009) So TLK and AOE rank about the same for me. They both have ideas I find really good but weren’t executed well. In AOE’s case, I liked the storyline they were going for, and the Dinobots were redesigned to look like Knights. I also didn't mind the anger Optimus Prime had for humans because it shows that even though Optimus is wise and powerful, he can still be human and make mistakes. However, once again, the movie was a big mess. For me, the worst parts of this movie were Shane and setting things up without any real payoffs. As for some good things I found in this movie, I liked how all the Autobots had time to have personalities, and all the action scenes were pretty good. So again, TLK and AOE are kind of tied for me, like I keep changing my mind about which one is better or worse. The only reason I place AOE over TLK is the fact that AOE had some pretty better action scenes that were easier to follow. 6. Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen (2009) Now, I do realize this movie has a lot of issues. Such as the story having a lot of plot holes and strange moments like Alice and the juvenile humor. However, I rank this film higher than AOE and TLK because ROTF had characters I find more likable, like Sam, Mikaela, and Lennox actually being the Lennox that I know and love. Also, I think the action is some of the best I have ever seen in film history. Most notably, the forest battle, I mean, Optimus, was not holding back here and kicking some serious butt. So, while I definitely understand an argument for this being the worst, I found it more enjoyable, and it has some of the best moments in the Transformers Franchise. 5. Transformers G1: The Movie (1986) Honestly, while I grew up with the Transformers Movies, I definitely see why many people like the G1 cartoon and the movie, and I agree with them. This movie nailed the action sequences, and I really do like Unicron in this movie. Also, some of the new characters were pretty good, such as Ultra Magnus and Acree. I like them both, and they’ve recently become some of my favorite Transformers characters. The thing that held this back for me was a lot of the Season 1 characters being killed off. Such as Brawn, Prowl, Ironhide, Ratchet, Windcharger, wheeljack, and the saddest of them all, Optimus Prime. All of these deaths made me very mad and sad because I really did like all of them, and it made me even more mad when I learned they were just killing off these characters just to make money. 4. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023) I have heard several people say this is the best Transformers movie, and while I do understand it, I don’t think it beats my top 3. That being said, this is easily one of the best movies I have seen in 2023 so far. Firstly, the story was amazing. I was able to understand what the item was and why all of our heroes and villains wanted it. I also really did like how I was able to understand who the Maximals were since I had never seen Beast Wars before this movie. In terms of action, it was done pretty well, like you understand what’s going on, who’s fighting who, and it was really entertaining. Another good thing about this movie was Optimus Prime himself and the story arc he undergoes in this movie. To be honest, I think ROTB Optimus is like the perfect balance between Generation 1 Optimus and Movie Optimus as he still felt like the Optimus Prime we all know and love, but it also shows Optimus can still be human and have issues, especially when you consider what he had gone through in the Bumblebee movie, and this movie. If I did have any major criticisms with ROTB, it would be some of the Maximals. I did understand who Optimus Primal and Air Razor were, but I wish we had more time to get to know the other Maximals such as Cheetor and Rhinox. Also, I really didn’t like what happened to one of the Autobots at the beginning of the movie, as he was one of my favorite characters in this movie. But at least they brought him back in a pretty epic way. So overall, I think ROTB is a great Transformers movie, I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in checking it out. 3. Transformers (2007) The movie got me into Transformers in the first place, and I love it. Great characters, amazing story, and once again, impressive action. While Sam isn’t perfect, I find him likable and really do like his relationship with Mikaela. Also, all the Transformers themselves are just amazing. While we get much about who these characters are in later movies, it still was a great introduction to who these characters are. However, this film does have some problems that hold it back for me, the main ones being Barricade disappearing before the final battle, especially when you consider initially there was suppose to be a battle between Optimus and Barricade were he gets defeated, which would explain why Barricade wasn’t at the Final Battle, and why Optimus was late. Also, I don’t really understand why Optimus’ line, “You left me no choice, Brother.” didn’t make sense to me as he wasn’t the one who killed Megatron. Personally, I would’ve preferred if Megatron died similarly to how he died in Transformers: The Game, where Optimus is the one who kills Megatron it makes Optimus’ follow up line make more sense. Despite those issues, this movie is still amazing and a fun introduction into Transformers. 2. Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon (2011) Personally, I would say 2007 had a better story, ROTF had better action, and I would say DOTM is a good mix of both of them. This, in my opinion, is the best of Michael Bay’s Transformers Movies and one of Michael Bay’s best movies ever. The 3rd Act honestly felt the most war-like out of any of the Transformers has felt, at least to me. If I have any criticisms with this movie, they would be the ending and Carly. I don’t mind Carly, but I think this film would’ve been better with Mikaela. As for the ending, it just didn’t feel in character for Optimus to kill both Megatron and Sentinel Prime, especially since Megatorn offered a truce and Sentinel was willing to give up since he was too injured to continue fighting. But I don’t hold any of these flaws against the movie because they pretty much happened because of unfortunate circumstances. Truth be told, this used to be my favorite Transformers movie ever, until 2018. 1. Bumblebee (2018) What can I say about his movie? Bumblebee is one of my all-time favorite characters in Transformers, and his movie is easily the best of all the Transformers movies. The story was the best, and Hailee Steinfeld was perfect as Charlie, who’s one of my favorite human characters in Transformers. On top of that, we got some decent action, which is one of the many reasons I keep watching all of the Transformers movies, the amazing action, and seeing giant alien robots doing some cool things. However, this movie isn’t perfect and has some issues like every Transformers movie. My main issues are Megatron not being the opening Cybertron scene, particularly when you consider Bumblebee is a reboot and not a prequel. But I don’t blame Travis Knight as he clearly said he wanted Megatorn to be in this movie. It was mainly the producers who stopped Megatron from appearing in this movie. Also, while I do understand the criticism that the movie does lose a little bit of momentum in the middle part of the movie, I’m personally okay with it as some of the best scenes in this movie come from the middle section. My personal favorite is the scene where Charlie tells Bumblebee what happened to Father. It is simply a beautiful scene, and in my opinion, one of Hailee Steinfeld’s best performances ever. Despite those issues, Bumblebee is a fun movie with some of the best storytelling ever.

I think the recency bias is crazy no chance this movie is better than 1 or 3
@kevin maroney I've already watched it twice and watched bumblebee again as I only had seen that once and rise of the beasts has a much more exciting final battle and all the new characters are great editions, villain is great, the only thing that made bumblebee good was bumblebee and hailee steinfeld, everything else in that movie could have been better I tgink even tho I still rate the movie highly and its in my top 3, rise of the beasts is better just because of the final act and mirage is a great addition, the human characters are good aswell and it feels the most like a transformers movie than any other transformers movie.
My favourite as a kid, still
Holds up today. Such an unbelievable action spectacle with high stakes and very memorable moments.
I really enjoy the optimus prime vs the decepticons fight in the forests in revenge if the fallen. I think it was pretty epic
Optimus' full badassery on full display

6 and 5, and 2 and 1 are close to interchangeable but this line up I’m the most sure of.
My ranking (haven't seen the animated movie or rise of the beasts):
1. Transformers
2. Bumblebee
3. Transformers Dark of the Moon
4. Transformers Age of Extinction
5. Transformers The Last Knight
6. Transformers Revenge of the Fallen
😂😂 u literally put the two worst at the top place..
@@idontsimp5732 this is my opinion. I enjoy those movies more than the rest of the franchise
I usually agree with your rankings but I'm heartbroken to see the animated film so low😭
Anyways I think my ranking goes
1. Rise of the Beasts
2. Bumblebeee
3. Age of Extinction
4. TF 2007
5. Dark of the Moon
6. Revenge of the Fallen
7. The Last Knight
I don't like to rank the animated movie because I consider it more of it's own thing, but I might like ROTB a liiiitttle bit more.
#7 The Last Lnight
#6 Age of Extinction
#5 Revenge of the Fallen
#4 Dark of the Moon
#3 Transformers
#2 Rise of the Beasts
#1 Bumbelbee
I completely agree with this all but since I had a great theater and time experience with age of extinction it’s switched with the last knight for me but I totally get where you’re coming from on it 100%
Honestly my sorta controversial list is
1. Rise of the beasts
2. Age of extinction
3. Transformers 1
4. Dark of the moon (just barely above Bumblebee)
5. Bumblebee
6. 1986
7. The last knight
I think because Bumblbee focuses on being a more quality movie, and since the other auto bots aren’t there it seems different.
The whole Morrisey thing had me at hello bc it’s that inside joke that only cool club guys like myself will ever get🙏
Taoe is in my top 3 out of the michael bay films I think its better than dotm

#6: Revenge of the Fallen
#7: Age of Extinction (basically TLK without Nemesis Prime or the badass scene)
Haven’t seen the animated one, though there is a Transformers Prime movie called Predacons Rising (which should’ve been called Galvatrons revenge in my opinion), it would rank probably between Bumblebee and 2007 Transformers but that’s just me
Dark of the Moon is my favorite too! I acknowledge it has MAJOR flaws, but I love every second. "We will kill them all!"

The forest battle from ROTF easily destroys both Bumblebee and Rise of the Beast's action scenes. Its that iconic. It has more weight.
FACTS
But then there’s the final battle in ROTF which is drastically underwhelming in comparison
@@zinidinerahman4168 idk, I’ve always enjoyed the Egypt battle. Definitely not in the same league as the battle in Chicago from DOTM but it was solid. The only thing that felt underwhelming was how quickly and easily Optimus laid waste to the Fallen.
THANK YOU, that scene alone is better than Bumblebee and ROTB combined, such an epic, replayable scene
@@ongjoon9173 no its really not I'm sorry 😂 but the opening scene in both Bumblebee and ROTB is better than the entire bayverse except for Transformers 2007.
I honestly feel like he got the Last Knight mixed up with Age of Extinction. Every thing being a joke, ideas being thrown at you left and right that don’t amount to anything sounds a LOT more like TLK than AOE in my opinion
I always have SO MUCH FUN when i watch Dark Of The Moon. I love the movie because its such a Taco bell movie, as you would say Sean. I know the movie isnt really that good, but i laugh my ass of, intentially or unintentially. Also the movie is so epic.

8. The Transformers: The Movie-Because I don’t have any nostalgia for this era of Transformers, I found this movie very tough to watch when I watched it for the first time a couple days ago
7. Transformers: Age of Extinction-A tedious, overblown addition to this franchise that combines all of Michael Bay’s worst elements with an exhausting runtime, which makes for a very bad movie
6. Transformers: The Last Knight-Despite having some so bad it’s good value in here, this movie’s still a convoluted mess that feels like it has enough plot for ten different Transformers films
5. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen-Because I like the characters in this movie more than the characters in my bottom two, this one is at #5, but this is still a very obnoxious film that suffered heavily from the writers strike that was going on at the time
4. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts-An enjoyable enough entry to this franchise that didn’t make the mistake of the films below it, but also didn’t fully have the positives of the movies above it
3. Transformers: Dark of the Moon-It has a bunch of the problems of the other Michael Bay Transformers sequels, but it absolutely delivers a bunch of very exciting Transformers action
2. Transformers-A solid, enjoyable blockbuster that has very good action while also having a nice core with the relationship between Sam and Bumblebee
I enjoy some of the live action movies for what they are, but none of them are movies that I love. So an 80’s animated film that’s a movie length version of the TV show that I’ve watched very little of wasn’t something that I got anything out of.

I was just looking for this video, perfect
The Last Knight is objectively one of the worst blockbusters ever made, worse than Age of Extinction, but damnit I have to agree that it’s better than Age of Extinction, just because I thought Nemesis Prime was good and that scene where Optimus takes out the giant bot is straight up iconic, objectively it’s the worst but it’s… slightly less bad, in my viewpoint
The Last Knight was so absolutely bonkers that I'd actually watch THAT over the tedious Age of Extinction.
I don't know Lockdown carries AOE and TLK makes no sense so honestly AOE>>>>>TLK
Fun fact the building scene in dark of the moon wasn't green screen it was all done on a fake set piece
Tlk is so overhated, for me it's tied for the 3rd best one with bumblebee, behind rotb, and dotm
The last Knight is terrible its all over the place
Dark Of the Moon is probably one of my favorite movie experiences. Some moments are ached in my memory till today.

EDIT: I have seen Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, so here’s my updated ranking of all the Transformers Movies:
8. Transformers 5: The Last Knight (2017)
Yeah, I think this might be the worst Transformers movie.
7. Transformers 4: Age of Extinction (2009)
So TLK and AOE rank about the same for me.
6. Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)
Now, I do realize this movie has a lot of issues.
5. Transformers G1: The Movie (1986)
Honestly, while I grew up with the Transformers Movies, I definitely see why many people like the G1 cartoon and the movie, and I agree with them.
4. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023)
I have heard several people say this is the best Transformers movie, and while I do understand it, I don’t think it beats my top 3.
3. Transformers (2007)
The movie got me into Transformers in the first place, and I love it.
2. Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon (2011)
Personally, I would say 2007 had a better story, ROTF had better action, and I would say DOTM is a good mix of both of them.
1. Bumblebee (2018)
What can I say about his movie?
