You can check soi 15 there is 3 condominiums. I am planning to make videos for condo and cheap hotels in soi buakhao and around in next week.

Good video. I didnt think there was much up Soi Welcome. Some cheap hotels. I might consider staying on Soi Welcome next time. Its a bit further up but seems quieter than Soi 7 and that part of town.
Yes quieter than soi 7 and far from soi 7 may be 1.2 km. But nice soi and close to Yai Mak Night Market.
