I’ve been doing a lot of research on oxalate dumping. And currently going through it. on day number 17 of the carnivore lifestyle. Vertigo has diminished.. brain fog has somewhat diminished. The pain I have in my legs have gotten a lot better. I have no idea what was causing it. I believe it was the oxalates. Also, my night vision has gotten way better. I’m going to keep pushing through. My husband is on day 78. He has a lot of problems. The oxalate dumping is Impacting his joints. he had three back surgeries, two knee surgeries, two knee replacements. When he was younger, he separated his shoulders , Brook, his ribs, and had skull fractions , from a 50 foot fall at Sabino Springs in Tucson Arizona. He passed away that day, but by the grace of God, he was brought back. he suffers with a lot of pain after trying everything that you’ve tried. We have now decided we will be trying the carnivore diet after doing so much research and seeing the improvements that so many people have had. You’ve been an inspiration to us and we will continue following you thank you for your time.!!💋❤️

It really sounds like a month to 60 days of completely dairy free would give you information..Dr. Berry says milk/dairy is for babies. He indicated as we age we lose the enzyme to digest dairy. Dr. RANDOLPH promoted we rotated all our food on 4 day rotation to avoid food allergies. So, maybe rotating dairy might help in addition to just less. Meaning, not eating any form of dairy more frequently than every 4 days.

I’m 2 months carnivore. For the past 4 years I would get infected hair follicles and they would last a couple months I must have been malnourished and my system couldn’t fight the infection. Now I don’t get them. I had one and it healed in one week . I’m not losing inches really and I need to lose 10-20 lbs As far as my mood and anxiety go, maybe I’m a bit more patient. Not sure yet. I have to stay on this diet for a long time I would imagine to see the healing. I abused myself over my life with severe dieting and bingeing /bulimia. I have to really commit to carnivore and stay on it. There’s no other alternative. Thanks for your video. You’re an inspiration

Just watched this older video of yours, loved it!
I’ve been in the process of tweaking my diet and experimenting with diff carnivore foods, timing, amounts, intermittent fasting windows, etc. as well as incorporating non-diet strategies such as…
Getting lots of sunshine (I deep sixed wearing sunglasses to allow the sun to hit my eyes)
Taking longer walks (usually with my doggie Jersey Girl!!)
Going to bed earlier and at a more regular time
    Stretching
Keep up the great job Neah, you’re looking fantastic and best of all you’re feeling better and better every day on Carnivore!!😊😊🥩🥩🥩🥩

Really appreciate your insights! I’m also dealing with oxalate/histamine issues and it can be so hard to pinpoint. If you find your getting flushed after bone broth, histamine might be playing a role especially with the slow cooked nature of it…glad you are feeling continued improvements!

High oxalate is a low sulfate issue. The SAT-1 transport protein moves oxalate into the cell and vice versa.
Take MSM and bicarbonate to drive oxalates out.

Hi! Your videos have been so helpful and I can relate with a lot of what you’ve experienced. The worst skin thing for me has been acne. Getting a hormone test done revealed that my cortisol tends to be high, it is so frustrating for a doctor to just say, “try to de-stress”
Well a few months ago I discovered cold plunging. It has. Changed. My. Life. My skin has cleared up a ton and I haven’t even started strict carnivore yet. We cold plunge every day. My husband built our cold plunge from TH-cam videos, using an old deep freezer. Highly highly recommend!

I too am 4 months in. I have really bad skin issues. Severe Hidradenitis Suppurativa. I’m strict lion diet. Beef, salt and water only. I’ve noticed improvements in a lot of things but am still waiting for my skin to clear up. It has improved slightly. With the diet I was able to heal my gut and get rid of candida and biofilm. I also did a parasite cleanse and discovered I had a tape worm. The last detox I haven’t tackled is toxins and heavy metals. I’ve read Sally Norton’s book and believe oxalate dumping is a real thing. I’ve been taking Redmond Bentonite Clay to help the oxalate dumping. It’s helped with my electrolyte balance but still my skin is not healed. I recently discovered another amazing detox mineral that I had never heard of before, Zeolite. I’ve been taking it a for week and am already noticing a lot of improvements. There’s tons of scientific research on it and it’s proven to remove, toxins, heavy metals and radiation from anywhere in the body, even on the cellular level. I highly recommended researching Zeolite.

My ex GF cured her atopic dermatitis, just by excluding carbs from any plant sources. She went from bleeding skin to no issues at all. It took her like a year. However if you want to change your diet, do it gradualy over 6-8 weeks, if not, youl suffer greatly.

  • @dsonyay

Skin issues: since 2005 I’ve had this skin issue on my forearms where every few weeks (sometimes months) an itch would start, I begin scratching .. and it gets worse and worse.. the itching gets to the point where I literally break the skin from my nails and end up with lots of cuts on my arm that end up scabbing up and taking a couple weeks to heal. About the only way to stop the itch is to wrap my arm in ice (usually only one arm it happens to). Literally freeze it. This nearly always stops the itch. No other creams will work.
No doctor has ever diagnosed what causes this. Except for giving me that latin term for itchy skin.
Since going carnivore (day 312) I had one flareup (after about 9 months carnivore). I hoped to have rid this issue.. but maybe stress/worry/anxiousness can trigger it.. but I’ll take once a year. The key is to immediately soak my forearm in ice as soon as it starts.. which I’m lazy about - scratching feels good so good at first.

Thank you for sharing the insights you're learning. So encouraging and helpful to me. Some info you may already know, yes, there is a known up to 4 to 7 day delayed reaction for some food sensitivities/ allergies. Raw dairy versus pasteurized has helped some people who strongly don't want to give up dairy. Yes, you can give up dairy. What is happening to your body at that lower level of dairy under the surface?

  • @dsonyay
    @dsonyay 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

I’d like to suggest dairy from goats milk. You may find your digestive tract doesn’t go bonkers on goat milk. The protein molecules in goat milk are different (the shape maybe?). Can’t remember… but.. we digest goat milk products easily. I love goat cheese. Goat milk too- but around here it is expensive.. about 5 bucks a quart (Walmart). There is a local goat farm nearby but they only sell cheese. Makes me want to buy my Own goat.
    Good update. :)

The extra joint pain for me is uric acid. I've already been low oxalate for 15yrs before going low carb and carnivore. The water loss, and electrolyte loss/dehydration along with higher protein can cause a buildup of uric acid that crystalizes in the joints. Oxalate dumping comes out a lot in the skin, eyes, urine and can be quite dangerous. Many of us who did low oxalate years ago had to use either yogurt/probiotics, vitK and calcium citrate to mitigate the damage of releasing oxalates. I use potassium citrate electrolyte mix to combat both uric acid and any oxalates.

Ooo yes the weight loss is a sensitive subject for me because I lost way too much weight & lots of muscle . My solution is the raw dairy & strength training. Tracking closely right now .
I figured out what the issue was . I was not eating breakfast and drinking a lot of coffee to boost my productivity ( it didn’t ) it tanked my hormones .
    Tracking I saw I was only eating 9-1200 calories a day . I boosted that to 1800 - 2400 a day even 2800 a day !
Took caffeine out and went to organic decaf and working on getting that out completely.
My weight is steady now .unless I’m doing only meat and water
I 100 % needed a lot more calories and yes !!! Awful joint pain over here too .
When I add oxalate they calm down .
I went on carnivore in 2021 & I had been eating beets , turmeric, all of the high ox plants and never had the joint pain I do now . It’s even dumping from my teeth and eyes !!!
Your theory is reasonable I feel the same way because the cleaner I eat the WORSE I feel . Makes zero sense to me I’m supposed to feel better here
I tried to take the decaf out for one day and by 2 pm I was literally sweating and sneezing . Soon as I got a decaf it stopped . I just quit caffeine a month ago so I’ll sail on the decaf a bit longer
For me I can’t tolerate pasteurized dairy only raw .

    Hello there
I’m a new sub ❤ love your channel ! I also get really red and awful skin issues . When I’m doing just raw dairy , ruminant meat and water it clears within days .
It’s been very challenging for me to truly stick with this . I’ll be going great until a craving hits and I give in .
I also can’t sleep without raw dairy before bed . But that can be a trigger to binge for me . I’ve gotten better though , around my cycle I crave sweets .

When you say period, I think a lot of work that your body needs to do, so you need to support the reagents your body requires.
I'm thinking low B vitamins especially folate.
I've found that I need to support my methylation with B12 as adenosylcobalamin, methylfolate and SAM-e, B6 as P5P and biotin.
