I have looked through a huge TH-cam presentation on everything related to Terra preta, LAB, molasses, biochar and natural fertilization in general. This video and its creator are awesome. Such a good and simple explanation that anyone can understand. The calm and comprehensible speech of the author almost calms you down. I want to tell the author that I thank him from the bottom of my heart, for his great effort to spread his knowledge and practical demonstration, among all interested people of the world, Thank you, thank you, thank you🥰😍💚

There is another recipe where you take a cooked potato put it in a sock and you take some slimy leaves off the forest floor in a 5 gallon bucket with some amount of sea salt in it and fill that 5 gallon bucket full of water and hang the two socks in there and cover it so nothing can get in it and it makes some sort of solution I forgot what it's called but it's like another bio nutrient thing like this

For those in Australia looking for a black bucket - I’ve used a Bunnings 20L bucket and lid (dark green but should work the same - it’s solid colour and as good as black). Bought a $6 worm farm tap (also Bunnings), because it comes with a rubber washer and screw on back; drilled a hole using a hole saw (didn’t have one, so bought their cheap $20 set, but maybe you can buy a singular one to fit the tap if you don’t have one already) then bought some brewers pressure valves off eBay. Went together perfectly 😊

SO. I just have to "vent" a little and let people know what I went through. I bought a whitish/clear (wine) fermenting bucket. The lid to the bucket I bought wouldn't even snap on tight and I had to use duck tape to keep it air tight. DON'T BUY THIS. Its worth the search to find a black fermenting bucket and try to find a screw (gamma) seal lid. Hopefully this will help others not go through what I went through. Good luck composters!!!!

The Mother Lacto-Brew mixed with equal part non-chlorinated water is excellent for treating compacted soil. Just needs time. Spray over the area with it once or twice per month. Depending upon how badly compacted, 3 months to a year (18 months at most for very severely compacted area that is rock/concrete hard) and the soil isn't compacted anymore. Like magic! Easy, effortless -- just needs time.

Hey Weedy, i got a tip. If you put so much sugar in your start solution (ricewater+milk) till its like syrup, all bacteria will go into stasis. That is much better for storing, otherwise the strong bakteria will eat the weak, even in your fridge. Stasis for more diversity or even a hand of good compost or earth from the woods added in the beginning. How are your mushrooms growing? Remember to use your garden giants at your walkways in the foodforest too. Greetings

That is, I have no knowledge about the food in the soil, but I know that the food in the soil is very important to the ecosystem. Your knowledge has inspired me to learn. I will try my best to put it to good use. Thank you. I personally hate and strongly oppose the use of chemicals that destroy food in the soil. In Thailand, farmers have little knowledge about soil conservation and maintaining the value of soil for long-term sustainable food. It is safe for both people and water and consumers, including those who grow crops.

Thank you, thank you,, thank you for the time and effort you put into all your videos. Like your competition winner, once I saw the first video from you, I binged watched the rest of them. So very informative and interesting. I am learning a lot. I also love your film content, it is so wonderful to see Mother Nature through your eyes.

What an amazing resource! Thank you so much for doing this friend! My husband and I are in the desert in the SW of the US, so we're figuring out a way to build compost and make bacteria. We have 4 thirty year old fig trees that drop a lot of fruit, so we'll be using that instead of bananas. Think it'll workout just fine. Appreciate you!

I live in a totally opposite part of the country with a totally opposite climate from you, but I would love it if you post somewhere your experience & success along the way!
Hats off to you for being willing to do that, save those fig trees and make yourself a wonderfully Rich area to grow things there. I'm very excited about what you shared!

Thanks for the video! I just finalized my farm cheese that I won't be eating lol and LAB solution.
I found you while I was researching if I could use my concentrated solution to inoculate about 40 gallons of my home made charcoal to create biochar. I think I'll super charge the LAB first with at least the molasses hack. Thanks again !!

Out of pure curiosity, where, or who did you first learn about this type of garden assistance? It is an awful lot of great information.
    Cheers!
