Rad dude. Reminds me of the Japanese wood ripping handsaw Kobiki Nokogiri, aka the whaleback saw. I like that you 3d printed these fins out. Im not sure if you have tried yet, but you can wet lay carbon fiber over a 3d print and vacuum bag it, this reinforces the print and would add an aesthetic appeal as well. If you printed poly styrene for instance, you could melt it out afterwards with acetone. Otherwise you could make really light hollow honeycombed hard plastics wrapped in cf. The possibilities are limitless.
