You always use different yarns in your tutorial even if it stitch tutorial which give us ideas on different ways to use a that yarn, YOU ARE MY IDOL, LOVE YOU
Totally agree! Crystal doesn’t keep repeating and using tons of unnecessary terms when showing us. And has the clearest camera tutorials and comes close enough to the camera to see exactly where she’s talking about with stitches 👍💜🇬🇧
At least 3 or 4 granddaughters will now get a variation of this for Christmas! Thanks! Our family is a bit like yours, we have 5 kids, and we're older than the BoDs so each of our kids have kids, who have kids... and there are spouses of some. So from "just 5 kids" I need to make 39 things just so each "offspring" gets something. That doesn't even include a few friends and other family. I don't comment much but I remember to always "like" because you are a gold mine of ideas. And I've been crocheting nearly 60 years so I change up a lot of patterns but Miss Crystal you are a wealth of new ideas. Especially to someone who isn't into fashion and has no clue what the teens to 30-somethings might like. I think that's how I found your channel and I'm not even sure how many years ago that was. But you are appreciated in a plain old neighborly way. P. S. While writing this book I'll just add. I love seeing patterns like this most. Criteria of that is, 1. Different from "just another hat." (Walmart has hats cheap) 2. It's a quick make. 3. Not a yarn eater. (I'm on a retirement budget) and 4. Unique in the manner that they won't find this at Walmart. And yes, as you emphasize, you do have something for everyone, kids, kitchen, bathroom, teenagers, young parents, babies etc. You are my first stop to browse when I am just out of ideas. Thank you.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I have never made a bag. I've also never used ribbon yarn but when I saw that cute bag I knew I needed to tackle both new ideas for me. Since I don't have any ribbon yarn, And I haven't bought any yarn for two years and now I have an excuse lol Christmas gifts! Perfect size to tuck in a couple of goodies depending on the person. This adorable. 3 strands of a size 4 and a 6, 7 or 8 mm hook would cause it to stand straight depending on your tension. I did Jayda's big and baby beautiful baskets and those stand on their own. I think it'd work here as well if you don't have the rewind.
