    Thanks for the insight! I've been working in sales for 2 year. Sales is a great way to earn a large income FAST. I am currently saving a large percentage of my commissions and hoping to eventually phase out of sales as well to start my own business.

    Hello Patrick,
    I've also started this year my Import export business by leaving a job. And It's been 8 months since I tried to find a potential client (B2B) for my products till now. I faced many rejections during the sales call. I've also learned a lot from your videos, it helps me to upgrade myself to be better. So my point is to Never Give Up in our life, because I know one day everything we will get what we are wanted in our life. And the same thing happened to you. You motivated me through this video.
    THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

    Would really love to hear more about your experiences especially even how you started up this food and beverage organization. And what you really learn from that you know for me what would be important is what was the drive that made this seem like it would be an ideal investment and then what ended up being the catalyst that kind of moved you away from that

    Hi Patrick,
    I am currently working in food and beverage and trying to break into the tech sales world. Do you have any tips or suggestions on how to get over the hump and break into a company as a BDR or AE.

  • @ThomasDurham

    I would argue the more you make doesn't necessarily mean you work more hours. Leverage is the key word. I recommend watching some videos on that, in particular, Alex Romezi is great.

    You're a risk taker! Wow! Jump then think how to fly HAHA most will prolly learn to fly first before they jump :D but it has principles in it as well. I am new in sales like 2 weeks! and I am thinking how I can improve myself and I am learning a lot from you, I like it when you said that know yourself and your mission, because it will direct the course of your life. I couldn't agree more.

    I did what you did BUT backwards... started biz first now I'm looking into getting a sales job because I'm running out of funding :(
    Does tech sales and anything similar take a long time to get into? I have a basic fundamental understanding of sales & lead-gen (books and courses I took) so I'm hoping that would be enough to jump in and start working/selling + plus continue learning & practicing. Great video btw!

    Great story but you kind of lost me when you said Food and beverage is difficult. I would agree, all new endeavors could be deemed difficult until you figure out a working formula. My 2 cents. Keep creating cool vids by the way.

    I'm currently in tech, I have never even known or thought about tech sales. Thanks for this video, do you need a certain degree for tech sales or none required? Very interesting videos!

    • @chigasaki06
      @chigasaki06 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't need a degree. Some jobs prefer them, but they're not necessary. There are certs in tech sales you can acquire, but those are not necessary either.
