    Hi, thank you for all your videos on pranayama. Do you have one on pranayama in general? What it is? Also do you have a video of masculine and feminine energies?

    Hi,
    After regular practice of box breathing , can we follow any ratio (1:4:2) like alternate breathing or just simply follow 4 breath count (in & out). As u prescribed in vidoe.
    Plz.let me know (any typo plz excuse)

    • @NamasteYoga333
      @NamasteYoga333  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it will improve your lung capacity even further. You can do more than 4 count and still do square breathing, or you can do rectangular like 2:1:2:1

    Namaste Madam please guide if I can do Pranayama after weight lifting ?🙏🙏🙏

    • @NamasteYoga333
      @NamasteYoga333  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you can. Just make sure that your breath and your heart beat comes back to normal after weight lifting. A little bit of stretching before starting Pranayamas would be better.

      Thank you. Kapalbati is a good pranayama to keep our stomach healthy. th-cam.com/video/Ck-4Ei8qD04/w-d-xo.html
      But if you have any High blood pressure please avoid doing Kapalbati or follow this video th-cam.com/video/bgi5fHGdr0c/w-d-xo.html
