Heavy Gear 2, Mission 1

In this story, we are the Terra Nova faction in conflict with Earth forces, including the GREL. On planet Terra Nova, a terrorist bombing event took place in the city of Peace River. This was believed to be done by the GREL. In mission 1, I was to destroy some minor GREL installations and meet with a GREL officer who has defected to our side.
Heavy Gear 2 is a mech simulation game developed and published by Activision. It was released in 1999 for Windows. I am running the repack version using DGVoodoo2 for graphics card emulation. This is a casual first play of all the single player missions. The game seems to crash a lot on my system, but I'm trying to power through it.

Nice. Remembe that you can slightly modify your Gear's stats to gain more speed, maneuverability, etc.

Yeah, I will need to learn the customization system soon. It's far different the Mechwarrior games.
