I listened to this conversation and tried reading the transcipt in December 2020. But, I could only pick up a few known words when listening and the transcript was terrifying because I didn't know and understand the used grammar and vocab. Today, 8 months later, I can listen and read the transcript with no problem. I'm so grateful for this channel for this interesting video (that I've been listening to for 8 months). Next step, copy the speaking speed, accent and pronunciation 👍😁
Thanks for watching! I recorded a few more with a different guest. But it takes a long time to produce the transcripts and translations so thanks for your patience!
Thank you for slowing down. A few times at the beginning were a bit fast but I noticed you cut and when you came back, it was slower. These slow Korean videos are helpful.
this is really a nice effort on your part to reach us English speakers who really wanna learn and speak Korean . please except my thanks for using slow Korean. it really does help a lot
선생님 감사합니다! After listening to this clip, 10 times, I heard how 하나 씨 was pronouncing the ㅈ and that made me realize that I've been pronouncing it wrong all along. I've been practicing saying words that have ㅈ in it and it feels more natural now. Hopefully my students and Korean colleagues will understand me better now.
and,I must add that it is really quite nice to hear your English as well as it is at your age. although I truly don't know your age for certain, sir. but I would guess mid to later 50's????

It's amazing what consistency AND persistence can do for us, isn't it? You are an inspiration for me.
This is exciting! I'm always interested in listening practice opportunities. Thank you for producing these! I hope there will be more.

You are exactly right that that's why I stopped filming and started over ;-) Thanks for watching!
That's a great discovery, it's hard to find natural conversations just to get soaked by the language and culture. Thanks!
Great!
