Nowadays seems no guy is patient enough to do a second date if they know they are not going to get the 'cookie' at the end of the date. I went on too many first dates this year and started to notice this pattern, from middle-class guy to millionaire, they are all the same!!! First dates are often wine and dine and I often received tip$ from older established guys, they all act like gentlemen and polite. But later suddenly they would ask to "cuddle/have fun" for the second date which we all know what that means. So how do I break this pattern and keep them investing without giving up the 'cookie'??
Cyndo Lin that’s easy just keep stringing them on. The promise of sex is what keeps them motivated , you don’t have to do anything when it’s time. A simple excuse “I’m on my period” or I’m not feeling good until you get what you want fully
If the man really likes u tho, if not I’m not sure how long the excuses could last but the faster u work the better
Every man is going to try and get the cookie as much as you're trying to get money - let's not act like both parties don't know.
Simply play it off and the more persistent he is tell him you don't have sex out of a relationship - they'll immediately try and make you their gf. From there you need to let them know what it takes to be in a relationship with you (bills be taken care of etc). If he's serious then he'll step up if not that's fine at least you did not let your standards drop for empty promises.
It's a numbers game. All those first dates couldn't have been that bad. Enjoy the journey as well, choose Restaurants you want to try, different Restaurants for different dates which means more memories whether they work out or not.

@Cyndo Lin When they ask for that, ask for what you want and then just never give it to them. At the same time, look at these men - are they married men clearly looking for "fun" or are they appearing to want something longterm? If you're meeting them online, maybe change your photos to see if that gets you better results... also when you meet them for dates, do not wear anything revealing and see if that makes a difference. If you're meeting these men in person, assess what may be being said to make them assume you're up for "fun" when that clearly is not want you want. There is also the option that you are unfortunately coming across lots of weird older men that just want to have their way with a young woman. The silver lining is that the more men you meet, you closer you are to finding respectful ones 💜

I absolutely adore you and your advice! Love It always feels like my sisters come round for a chat! However the point about if he looks at another woman, from my experience, affluent men looove strong women that can keep him on his toes- so yes as you said definitely don’t get stroppy but instead of overlooking it, make a playful comment about how she’s gorgeous but he’s got plenty to look at right here at his own table, then touch his hand or make some sort of flirty advance. Of course we’re all different, but from my experience, older men love a woman with a bit of backbone that knows she unrivalled! (Even if it’s put on) xxxxx

Don't put your face on their clothes I guess but to set my makeup I use translucent powder and then a setting spray x

sometimes it's the guy and they are going through something like a divorce or yes trying to as you said getting something, every second date is not needed. This happened and we did have a second date after I reached out... he thought I was not interested, because I think he had been married for so long prior and then after getting a l ittle closer it did not work out... so there is always a learning experience, maybe we got a little close and he got scared, plus his insecurities coming out of a long term relationship or he just needed to feel like he was the man for a second... oh well...just don't dwell on it too much like it's all your fault move on hopefully with things you would have done differently the end
