This song was my Ice Nine Kills introduction. Loved the band and it became one of my favorite bands. But right now probably Meat & Greet is my favorite track from this band.
They have these stories with the last 3 albums “Every Trick in the Book” which this is in “The Silver Scream” all horror movie based and “The Silver Scream 2: Weclome to Horrorwood” and you can very well see that they go from project quality to movie quality in the second Silver Scream. Some of their old old stuff and I mean back in around 2000 when they were just “Ice Nine” and when they did pop, punk and ska mostly was still pretty good but I suppose we are getting “The Silver Scream: 3-D
And another thing is their live shows are fantastic as with the songs “The Shower Scene” and “Hip to be Scared” they do little bits from the music videos and the main points of references from the movies they are based on so that’s another thing
Fun fact: In an interview a while back about Last Chance To Make Amends, Spencer mentioned that he and Jeremy (Who founded the band with Spencer. Also featured on Rocking The Boat as part of that song's immense fanservice for longtime fans) were talking about doing something for the album's 20th anniversary (2026). We may finally get to introduce all the modern IX fans who only know the metalcore stuff to the likes of "Cinder Blocks & Thank You Knots". Behold, 2006, when every band wanted to be Brand New!
I'd never heard of this band or the person you were dressed up as I'll have to check out some TH-cam videos. Really enjoyed you showing the behind the scenes short video not to many people go that extra step. Fantastic job
Oh wow, really? I guess this version of Avril is a bit of a throw back nowadays 😂 and I just started to get into Ice Nine Kills recently myself so that one isn't too surprising to me. 😜 I guess they were around for quite awhile but changed their sound over the years from what I understand. Thanks for watching though! ☺️
You want to dance with the devil you want to leave your friends behind but if your friends can't dance and if they don't dance and they ain't no friends of mine _ just remembered stay happy
Check out their earlier stuff my fav album from them is "Safe is Just a Shadow" it's a classic core sound.
You've gottw check out my favorite songs by them
Funeral derangements, grave mistake, hip to be scared, and IT is the end
You can't just name all my favorites and call them your favorites lol /jk. The only one missing is "Farewell II Flesh"

Love ink so much. Funeral derangements is my favorite, but they have a ton of good ones
The next video after this one is Hell in the Hallways, based on Carrie
You could do the whole month of October just reacting to INK
Heh that woulda been great. I definitely have to check the Carrie one out!
I sure hope you are going to do a react rabbit hole for this band :D
INK, Avril, and Nikki name a better combo!
