They both respect each other and have said so many times. The media has always been the issue there. The real issue is Glen and KK. Glen has been an issue behind closed doors for decades.
@@Arturo-sm1tb Glenn is definitely my favorite between him and KK, but they have completely different playing styles that compliment eachother very well. One of the main reasons why they were such an amazing duo together.
It was Awesome to finally see K.K. Downing, Glen Tipton, and Richie Faulkner all together put out a Great version of this Classic song. To see all of the original members on the stage playing with the passion, talent, and grit that made them what they are, is truly a pleasure to watch. Let's Not forget about Ian Hill, Scott Travis, and Rob Halford. IMO one of the Greatest Rock and Roll bands of all time. Most of these younger bands just don't have the Heart, Commitment, and the Longevity that these Heavy Metal Pioneers have harnessed. Not only that, they should have been put into the Hall of Fame sooner than they were. Props to all of you guys!
I read KK's book and now I understand why he had decided to leave. However, 12 years have passed. It would be really nice for everyone to see them together again, maybe for the last album, or tour.
@@V.Vaughanit would be great to have KK there and maybe Glenn could also do a couple songs great way to end the 50th anniversary tour they had been doing.
I didn't grow up on heavy metal. But when this song comes on...in your mind your hair grows out and you automatically start head banging. You just can't help it. JP...the gods of heavy metal
WHAT A PERFORMANCE!!! these guys haven’t missed a beat,, great to see them be acknowledged.. they truly helped pioneer metal in the early days all the best to them 🤘💪❤️🤘 Respect from NYC
I was lucky enough to see Judas Priest on their Screaming for Vengeance tour when I was in high school. They were incredible. They are still incredible. They will always be incredible. Lighters up! 🤘
It’s too damn good having 2 Judas Priest bands! Let them fight it out in a battle of the bands. KK’s band sounds outstanding to me, and I will never be tired of the classic.
@@ozanozenir2503 Hell yeah! Check it out man, it’s called KK’s Priest. I heard that he quite too, but KK says they let him go in a sneaky way. Some times good things happen when one is forced for whatever reson to try something new. If KK goes back, or keeps doing his own thing it’s Great!
@@johnnyloveit901 if thats the case we can pretty much rule out any chances of a reunion. But it would be so good. Kk was my favourite guitarist in priest history
That's why they're one my all time favorite bands!!!! Man seeing KK and GLenn up thier so killer!!! Glenn didn't miss a note and KK and Ritchie look so cool together!!! LL Cool J getting into it!!! Judas Priest still got it and they always will !!!
I'm honored I was a teenager and I got to listen to all this stuff when it came out ,say Judas priest pain killer tour, tickets from a scalper right up front it was bitching Rob comes out with the Harley, , has like 19 or 20 Good times
This MAY BE the greatest HOF Induction Performance ever. The lights and sound, they went all out to recreate the glory days....and reuniting KK and Glenn was magic for one night .
I love every version of priest from the first album to the latest and there are so many tone differences to choose from. Priest will live forever as mortals. Halford is the absolute king of metal.
I was 13 in 1978 when I bought my first Priest album "Hell Bent For Leather/Killing Machine. I had heard of the band but was the album cover made me buy it. I took it home and put it on the turntable and after listening to it I knew I would be a Metal Head for life even thou I didn't know what a Metal Head was at the time. To me they are the greatest Metal band of all time there are a few close 2nd bands but maybe because Priest was the band that turned me in the Metal direction is the reason why I think their the best.
My God, what little spirit the public has. They are looking towards the stage as if they are watching a movie. In Argentina we would already be jumping and singing with the band.
This is one of my favorite songs. I enjoyed listening to them. When I 'm having a bad day, they cheer me up with their music. And the audience loves it.
Les Binks back there is like, "I could have played on this album and my life would have been very different, but no - I HAD to get pissed off and quit right before the band I was in got huge..."
Mad respect to Glenn for playing solo
Ian Hill still goes the same after 50 years. Just hammering away in the back. He’s the most underrated of them all
Yeah, Hill is like a rock just there doing his thing but hard as hell.
Ian is a machine, just can't stop him!!!
He doesn't age at all 😂 that's the scariest part.
Always felt the Skull was the true glue and unsung hero of JP. And he’s cool with that.
This is the first and only time to date that K.K and Faulkner have shared the stage together. I never thought I'd see it.
They both respect each other and have said so many times. The media has always been the issue there.

KK and Glenn together, awesome.
Even L.L. Cool J was jamming!!!
I dare any current singer touring to sound that good live. True metal GODS!
They should have been in The Hall along time ago! They still sound fucking great !
Still kicking ass and taking names! Glenn looks like the professor of heavy metal-admirable.

K.K. giving the young gun a run for his money! He shows here that he always was and always will be a genuine metal guitar pioneer.
