Thumbs up for you James, and down for Miniart's proofreading. Clearly unlike Airfix nobody at Miniart makes their kits or those glaring errors would have been picked up /before/ modellers parted with their hard earned cash. Cockups like that don't do Miniart's reputation any good.
I have one in 1/72 and I don't know what's a more daunting build. Tonnes of medium sized miniart parts or tonnes of tiny minart parts 😂 its coming along nicely !
@lpjmodels true, I think their biggest issue is bringing a number of versions of the same kit , with minor differences, and the errors in instructions creep in...
